My husband and I spent a weekend away at Echo Bluff Park and had the majority of our meals here. Some of that was because we tended to sleep in late but also because there really wasn't much else area. Luck for us the food was always delicious and the staff was great. My husband has dietary restrictions and I'm just plain picky. The staff found ways to accommodate us both by editing and adding things to the menu. Don't want meat on your breakfast burrito? They just got some fresh mushrooms in they'll substitute for those. Not a fan of lettuce? Can make anything into a spinach salad instead. All around a great experience.

The salmon was our favorite dish, Mac and cheese was creamy and home made. Chicken wings were great. Unique meatloaf was tasty. Side salads were quality and nice portions. Kids menu prices were great. I was brave and tried the mushroom strudel which indeed had a strong mushroom flavor but I'll never order that again. We wouldn't particularly recommend the country fried chicken either. Lots of outdoor dining when the weather permits, the indoor dining room is a little tight and the atmosphere is just OK. Our server Alicia was friendly. The adult meal prices were a little high, but I'd probably go back for the ambiance of the OUTDOOR dining and a fancier date with my wife when the weather is pleasant. They have a separate indoor dining area for catering large groups with a limited menu.

The creekside grill had an excellent chicken salad wrap as well as a catfish sandwich. Service was adequate. A few local beers were available in cans.

We didn't actually stay at the lodge, but we walked through a bit, and visited the camp store. The poor ladies at the store were super nice, but the registers kept messing up. Even just the lobby area is amazing looking. There is a huge fire place, and an area to just hang out in. You can play games and read, while looking out over Sinking Creek. There is a great area to swim right behind the lodge. Also back there is a big deck and a great fire circle, for relaxing after a day of floating and swimming.

Stopped here for lunch on the way to our campground & ended up staying for a couple of hours. Enjoyed the beach area- took a swim. The kids loved it.

Beautiful location. Stopped by while passing through. Children enjoyed the play spaces and we enjoyed a picnic lunch under one of the many available shelters. Would like to come back sometime to stay overnight and explore the park more. Seems to be a fantastic place to visit.

Really cool resort. Beautiful land. In the middle of nowhere with no phone signal. Loved the lack of calls.
