Nobody in this store knows what they are talking about. Every person we have dealt with has told us something wrong. We began the switch to t-mobile 2 weeks ago and it is still not complete due to the incorrect information we have received. Nothing against T-mobile but if you need to create an account or manage your account in any way I would avoid this store.

Went in there to inquire about new service. I was greeted with a warm welcome. The manager, Gina and a rep named DaeJon went over everything in great detail. Explained all of their plans thoroughly and even talked about their Internet. Me and my family are planning on switching over to T-Mobile.
