I was told I qualified for assistance and then when I called the company that they were supposed to be paying and helping with assistance they said they had never even heard from them and now I'm in trouble

From time to time we will get involved assisting those who have a need for housing that have been in difficult situations. We have worked with Community Service League on and off and our experiences have been exceptional! All of the the staff members are very helpful, and over all we feel great about helping folks within the Independence community.

I've become very familiar with this agency It is one of the best run in the city. The staff is equally helpful to everyone who comes here. Their compassion is stellar constantly trying to find the best and most helpful sources for all their clients. Anyone left homeless or without resources to care for their families and themselves..look no further. You will be helped.

This agency is very helpful and all areas of your life. In addition, the pantry provides quality brand-name items that are not expired. I also received help from the medicine cabinet and was able to get new glasses which I need it desperately. I would recommend this agency to anyone who is looking for help!!!

When you feel you have hit rock bottom they are they to help you get back on track. Very kind and always helpful. If it weren't for them I would be on the streets. So please people if you need help put your pride to the side and go to the Community Sevices League. I promise you they will help and make you feel hopeful again.
