Michal was ABSOLUTELY amazing!! I was short on cash, but way overdue for an oil change. He helped me find an item that the store had a coupon for and I was able to get everything I needed. Thanks for going above and beyond! I will definitely be back!

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. I will never go to this one again. I live in the area and it is only four minutes from my home. I drive more than 15 minutes to the next closest one due to the service. They always close 30 minutes to an hour early than posted on the door. They lock the doors and hide in the back. I’m guessing this Franchise doesn’t care about loyal customers’ money. Go to a different location. DEFINITELY not this one. I’m actually thinking about taking my business somewhere else altogether.

Store has sign stating 1 person per car. Was told to leave after coming into store after random person went into just before me. After telling them we weren't together both employees argued with us before making one of us leave. Never plan on going to this location again

Was stereotyped as a thrift upon entering the store. The manager was rude, aggressive. Upon asking her about a windshield wiper, she told me she doesn't give that type of information out unless you spend money in her store first. I asked for the manager, she told me she was the @#$$@ manager. So I asked to speak with her manager, she said the only other person I can speak with is GOD. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THE STORE , NOR NO OTHERS EVER. This store is worth a lawyer getting involved..

Was out of town from MS., Went to replace headlights for my company work truck, the manager sold me the wrong light even though the numbers somewhat matched, You could clearly see they were 2 totally different bulbs. Different shape, size and color, so of course it wouldn't install. Even asked the manager for help thinking I was doing it wrong and the guy he sent to help also couldn't do it. When I went to return it he became very rude, refused to swap the bulb or refund me money for it. Got my boss on the phone and the manager lied several times, saying it was against policy to exit the building although it would be hard to honor free windshield wiper installs that are advertised from inside and that he sold me the only bulb in the building even though I watched him dig through 2boxes of bulbs. Also said he couldn't swap it or refund me and it was my fault because he matched the bulbs perfectly . After over an hour of his bad attitude and me begging for help and threatening to call corporate, he finally refunded me a mere 15$ and sent me out to brave DOT with no headlight. Adding pics.. the red one is the old one and the yellow is the wrong one he sold me.
