Car battery is dying, had a very small time window to get a new one tonight. Attempted an online pickup, website said the store open until 9 and gave a half hour estimate until it was ready. Got to the store only to find it locked up and dark with a sign saying they closed at 6pm. Even the customer service rep I chatted with to cancel the order was oblivious to this.

When I entered the store early afternoon, I couldn't see any employees. I had questions about transmissions and I actually had to look around for someone to ask. Not impressed. Because I was the only customer in the store.

I went to this advance Auto Parts after Triple AAA had jumped my battery so I could replace it. The women who worked there were SO kind, patient, and helpful. Niesha, Desserae, and another woman whose name I didn’t catch but I believe started with an L. They recommended me the best deal for my new battery, and replaced it for me although my car had a difficult battery to change. Their attitudes were awesome all across the board! I would give them 6 stars if I could!

Caliph!!!!! Oh my god this dude saved my life. Bought a battery for my car one night but the staff wasn’t able to help with it that night. Went in the next day and he completely solved the issue and replaced my battery for me. Such a huge help when I was really desperate for it. Great service that is much appreciated!!!

My friend lost his oil cap and I had called the competition and Advance either beat or matched the other guys prices and had it in stock. The store was close to where we were so it was super convenient. The staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Clean store with ample parking. A great experience! I will be coming back in the future for my auto part needs

I drove from South Kansas City to 4401 Truman Rd (because in the past, I've always received excellent customer service) to purchase some windshield wipers and the staff there wasn't helpful at all. The female clerk told me where to find them but wouldn't help me figure out which ones. So after I figured out which ones I needed and paid for them. I asked the salesman if he would please install them for me. He asked 4 different people to put them on my car, all 4 said that he was on the clock and he could do it. So he turns to me and says, "Yeah, nobody here knows how to put these on." So I went to this store to ask if they could install the windshield wipers since the other store refused to install them for me, I really didn't expect them to do it since I didn't purchase the wipers from this store. A Gentleman named Stan Johnson was at the counter when I walked in and asked me how he could help me. I explained the situation and without hesitation he headed for my car. He installed them less than 3 minutes and even disposed the trash for me! I work in customer service and know what it takes to give good service. In my opinion, he gave me Great, Courteous service and for that I'm very grateful because I tried to install them and just couldn't figure it out. Please recognize this associate for his wonderful customer service!! Will definitely be shopping at this store from now on!!! Thank you Stan Johnson

I had a really good experience. At this location! Better than any other Advanced Auto Parts Store I've ever been to! The person that helped me was super friendly and helpful! He went above and beyond. You can tell he is just a kind person. I wish I would have caught his name. He also installed my battery for me. He explained everything he was doing and why.
