I only gave one star because you had to put something in order to give a review!!! I bought these parts two days prior to getting my truck fixed. I arrived at the shop at 8am today. Around 10:30ish we realized I had a wrong part. I returned it for exchange of the RIGHT part and was told it would be in store by 11:30-11:40am. I returned to the store at 11:40, at first they said they didn’t even see the part ordered. I waited in store for about 30 minutes when I heard them say to each other (not to me) that the Truck wouldn’t be there until 12:30pm. So I left and returned at 12:30. Then it turned into 1:30-2 o’clock. Now I get here at 1:30 and they gave me a second passenger side axel!! So my mechanic got on the computer and immediately found the part number of the part I needed!!! Spent my whole day on the lift for a couple hours worth of work!!!

I was on a cross country road trip/move with my fiance. Our car died, we got a jump and came to this O'Reilly. When we got here the two gentleman helping inside got us the battery we needed and all the tools we thought we would need to replace it. When replacing the battery we learned one screw on the battery plate was rusted and the men in the shop came to help us. We finally got the battery out and put the new one in. The following day our check engine light was on as we were leaving for our next stop. We returned to get a quick engine exam to see what we would need to fix. They hooked us up and got us going on our way. All in all they were amazingly helpful and would highly recommend.

Called maybe 25 times and not once was the phone picked up, I walked in and they weren't even busy. One of them was just talking with what looked like a friend cause he wasn't buying anything and the other if thier was another was no where to be found. This establishment is exactly where it needs to be. In a place of lazy people

Horrible location. Never trust their inventory claims unless someone has physically checked. However getting someone to answer or provide customer service on the phone is near impossible. Even other Oriellys store employees and management doesn't like to deal with this location. Last time I'll be stopping here. This is the 3rd time in as many months I've been sent to this store for something their inventory says they have, just to waste my time. Guess I'll take my shops advice and stick with NAPA...

AVOID THIS LOCATION. My company has been a customer of this O'Reilly Auto Parts store for as long as I can remember; spending thousands here every year. Today when we went in to return an item we were told that we could not as it had already been used, we let the new manager know that the employee that sold us the item had #1 given us a test swatch of the product & #2 let us know that if it didn't work we could bring it back for an exchange. The owner said the employee had neither given us the swatch nor had they said we could return it even though we were able to give them the staff members name so they could ask & confirm what we said took place. The owner then doubled down and said "that didn't happen, no employee would do that", when I plainly asked if he was calling me a liar he said (and I am paraphrasing) "that's what I said". Then out of no where he added "I bet I make more money than you". I still have no idea where that came from, this could have easily been solved by asking the employee we bought the item from what happened and/or taking a look at our customer account to see that we are long term, high spending repeat customers that rarely return anything and allowing the exchange would ensure customer satisfaction & customer loyalty. Apparently the power trip was more important that customer retention. As for myself & my company, we'll be going to ADVANCED AUTO PARTS UNTIL THIS NEW MANAGER IS NO LONGER AT THIS LOCATION WHICH IS ALSO MY RECOMMENDATION TO OTHERS.

Came in off the road in need of oil after the low oil indicator came on (10/6/21). The young man at the counter greeted me, then another walked up and asked if I needed help. In fact, both did. The second directed me to the oil, asked after make/model, etc., and got me to just what I needed. The first did checkout and wished me a blessed day. Both were so genuine and helpful that I thought, Maybe we're not doomed here as a country, as a species. In short, I left with a great feeling. And the indicator did not turn on for the final 120+ miles of my trip.

Perhaps this is a reflection, as many of the comments are saying...to the hired help. I have used O' Rielly's..Formerly Kragen, all over the country in my travels. I have never ran into this type of service. Question the smart Alec employee that clowned me for photographing the store after the counter help failed miserably. I have a Business 101 feature on my website. Perhaps a review of your Hiring practices are in order???? I also agree with the 'cleanliness' comment about your store....
