I was told by Robin (Manager) that I couldn't cash a Cashiers Check from 'Bank Of America' because "the check didn't come from this branch and it was dated for today". With no initiative of her own, Ms. Robin called the other branch only after I suggested she do so to verify. No wonder the rating for this branch is 2.2 stars, and the lobby was empty at 4:30pm on a Friday.

Was told they don't cash Bank of America checks at their location unless you have an account there why would somebody get an account there they wouldn't be able to use the checking account unless everybody they knew also had an account there. No thanks I'll be using a legitimate Bank.

I went to cash checks and for the second time the teller gives me my cash back without counting it back AND some flipped to the back and some face up. Second time this has happened. I stop and recount and organize the money and asked why the don't give money back face up. He said, actually some people don't like it. It what business world would you not train someone to keep their draw in order! Hate the service.

I’ve been to this branch twice this week and the Relationship Banker, Kevin, was very helpful. The two women that greeted me in the lobby were also very nice.

This location is the worst. The line will be stacked and they will have like 1 teller and then 6 people just partyin and hangin out in offices doing nothing. The Tellers are always rude, but probably because they get backed up and no one in the branch will help.

Had a bad experience there when needing to send out a wire. If you are needing help; I'd suggest you pick a different branch. Update: received a call from their market rep a few days later and problem was addressed and is fixed for the future.

This bank nickels and dimes you with fees until it adds up to hundreds of dollars. Then they hide behind one of their junior tellers who reads a prepared script full of falsehoods saying the government requires them to do it. Pathetic, absolutely pathetic.
