If I could leave more than 5 stars I would! I went into the dealership for an oil change and went to look at new trucks while being serviced. I started talking with my salesman Jim Russell Jr. He started talking about pickups and I told him my story and what I wanted, he showed me a bright red 2022 Chevrolet Silverado Tail Boss. We went for a test drive and immediately I was happy. There was no pressure sales no special lines of gimmicks, he was straight up forward with me. While sitting waiting to do my paperwork, just about every person in the dealership had at least acknowledged me and said hi, I really felt that they really appreciated me. I will be referring people to this dealership and Jim as well, I will continue to deal with the most pleasant service department that I have dealt with in a long long time. They have one my loyalty.

Purchased a 2022 Chevy Camaro LT1 for my son. Car was “In Transit” when we purchased it. Jim Russell Jr. made the process painless and even fun. He included my son in everything since he will be driving the vehicle. Jim Jr. has been always available for any silly question I have had during the entire car buying process and I had several even after we took the car home. He went above and beyond, taking accountability when he didn't have to, to ensure my car would be done in time for my needs and letting me know any updates as they came about. Called Cable Dahmer yesterday looking for a 2022 Trailblazer AWD LT and was told there were a couple available. When I arrived, the salesman (not saying names) didn’t introduce himself/herself and shake my hand. They took my trade in keys and I was told the only trailblazer they had was a USED 2021 AWD RS with 13k miles. Test drove the trailblazer, drove great as I was expecting, but not what I was told was there. Got inside to talk numbers and I was left sitting there for 30 min for the FIRST offer on my trade in and the vehicle price. They lowballed my trade in by 3k in comparison to a Toyota dealership. (Trading in a Chevy at a Chevy dealer I would hope for them to match At least) Salesman goes back to talk with manager for another 10-15min and I tell him I have to go to another dealer appointment. I finally get my keys back at this point and I’m told the manager wants to just buy my trade in at 22k (STILL under the Toyotas price). We walk up to the manager and he asks what he can do to get the deal done. I respectfully tell him the car isn’t worth the 41k he’s asking and the trade in is too low. I tell him Other dealers are listing the RS version of the trailblazer for 33-34k.. He then tells me that if I go find a new trailblazer for that low of price, he said to come back to the dealership and he’d buy that car off of me for 38k! (Saying this as if I don’t know any better than him) I walked out right after that. Fast forward to my next appointment that afternoon, I caught a GREAT deal on a brand new, 2022 GMC Terrain AWD for 10k less than their trailblazer! They also BEAT the Toyota dealers trade in offer of 23k.. posted pics to this review! To whoever looks at reviews at cable dahmer of Kansas City, I would love to talk numbers on my brand new, 2022 GMC Terrain AWD. I would love it if you could tell your manager my starting price would be 46-47k since my terrain is newer, bigger in size, and lower miles. I look forward to doing business with you! Best wishes

Everyone my husband and I spoke with when we purchased our vehicle was wonderful. Mikayla, Josh, and Jamie in finance were amazing to work with. Kayla was absolutely amazing!! She was so knowledgeable and made the whole process so easy! She wasn’t pushy like other salesmen we’ve dealt with before. I had my infant daughter with me and the process was extremely quick and easier than what I thought it would be. I don’t even think I waited a whole 30 minutes.Vick was very nice and professional getting things done and making sure everything was set in place as it should be. The whole staff I could tell was doing their best to service their customers in the most pleasant way that they could. I hope you guys have many great customers to output the ones who are dramatic and give you guys a hard time. Working on cars shouldn’t be something you rush through and get done quick no matter how much knowledge someone may have. You guys take care of the vehicles and are diligent in your work and as a valued customers and a worker in the customer service world i give everyone a thumbs up for the hard work you guys do! Purchased a car on Saturday. Very easy process. Worked with Sammy he was awesome. Contacted me via text after the store was closed and had the car ready for me on Saturday to test drive. Even offered to let me test over the weekend. Once I realized I wanted the car I was out of there in about an hour. Finance guy was great to work with as well. Love the five year unlimited mileage warranty gives me piece of mind! Would definitely recommend this dealership.
