What an amazing community! I was lucky enough to WOD here for about 4 weeks while I was in the area for business. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. And the classes/workouts are solid. I've been doing crossfit for 5 years and I found the classes to be challenging. Yet, there are scalable options for beginners, too. I even picked up a few new tricks from the owner/coach, Christy. I'm genuinely going to miss this box/community. They will always hold a special place in my heart. I hope our paths cross again in the future.
