The ATM doesn't work most of the time when I go to the bank.

Horrible horrible experience this morning at your ATM. I'm a very long term customer. Never again. My cash got stuck and it ate my card and it never deposited I've had to make several phone calls to get this fixed when your machine isn't functional. Says it can take up to 50 bills lol. It took 3 and got "jammed". You can't even take cash out of their ATM. The lady on the phone was in a rush for me to call customer service again, you would think the branch itself could speed up the remedy for me. This is a time sensitive concern but I guess my money can go elsewhere from here on out. Thanks for nothing.

RUDE "customer service" if you can even call it that! I've went their twice and both times the same lady was extremely rude to me for no reason what so ever.
