Wow! Very thoughtful to decorate and have Santa, Mrs Claus, and friends in your branch. My daughters absolutely loved visiting with Santa! The hot chocolate, cookies, and all of the arts and crafts were so much fun! We appreciate you so much. Thank you!

When it comes to equity bank in downtown lees summit there’s a lot I can say but nothing would be negative, all positives! Brents attitude on life and towards the customers is amazing, would highly recommend a conversation. Karen is wonderful and nothing but helpful, she’s helped me notarize forms on many of occasions and many of laughs. The main tellers are amazing! Lexie, Kenzie & Chris are all so polite and helpful, and will listen when you have a issue which is the most important thing of it all!

This is the best bank in Lee's Summit. Ever since I have been introduced to Equity Bank, they have taken care of me. Karen and Brent are extremely helpful. Karen Bosarge is a fantastic personal banker. She took the time to sit down with me to get my social security switched over and made sure all of my banking needs were met. They know me by name and I am always treated great whenever I walk into their lobby. If you're looking for a bank that will take the time to get to know you and take care great care of you, Equity Bank in downtown Lee's Summit is the best. I highly recommend them.

We want to send out a huge THANK YOU to Equity Bank in downtown Lee’s Summit! As a woman owned small business that just opened its doors last year in downtown Lee’s Summit, we were very concerned about the impact that the current pandemic would have on our survival. We have felt welcomed and appreciated by the team at the downtown Lee’s Summit branch in our normal business activities; however, they truly shined when it came to dealing with the federal Payroll Protection Program process. While the television news was reporting the difficulties others were having with large banks, Brent Kappler and the entire team ensured that we had the information for application as soon as it was available and worked with us as the process evolved during its government roll out. They kept us informed during the approval process and are already working with us to track our expenditures for the associated forgiveness by setting up a separate account along with discussing the needed documentation.
