There to pickup order was told I'd have to move my car and needed to be curtious of other customers. No others on lot when I parked. Didn't know I wasn't allowed to park where I did. Worker needs to be more curtious in addressing the situation. He needs to practice what he preaches. Last time I'll be going there. This was at mexico, mo. Store

This Dominos is way better than any of the CoMo locations. They are generous with the toppings and the orders are always on time and accurate! Thank you!

Saturday Night they were super busy and I placed a large order. Not only was the order on time, the food was good. Hats off to the crew that got it done.

Ordered 3 pizzas from the Mexico MO store. 2 of the pizzas had no sauce( this is the 2nd time in row this has happened). I called them and the guy who answered the phone spoke to his general manager. He came back on the phone and told me that it was the correct amount of alfredo and bbq sauce( zero sauce being the correct amount). Then stated next time we ordered if we want more we can pay for extra. Yeah no thanks, never again.

This is the third time in a row I’ve ordered from this store and got my order messed up. The last two times I even called my order in! Food was prepared wrong, missing toppings, missing sauce cups, food delivered cold with the exception of just flat out not delivering my food I don’t know how the could get it more wrong! I’d recommend any other food place in town.

An employee yelled at me and stated I was accusing him of making food incorrectly. I was crying on the phone requesting my food be remade and a refund issued. Today - they refused to refund me for the pasta and I have yet to receive a refund ! I am appalled, I want all of my money back and the person who yelled at me should be terminated. I traditionally love Domino's, this needs to be addressed NOW. (That is not cheese on the pasta in the picture either. I can't trust someone who has anger issues to make my food. If he can not understand the process for handling issues, he should NOT be making food.)
