Aubrey originally did an awesome job with coming up with a creative way to dye my hair... BUT she then charged me an extra 50% more than what she had quoted my husband for a gift card, and then the dye didn't even last a month!!😮 When I showed her and expressed my disappointment, she said that we would try a different dye and that she would work with me on the price. However when I went back in to make the appointment and look at the dye, she quoted me another $90 even though she should have just been "fixing" what didn't work the first time! I thought hairstylists stood behind their product! I would have expected a much cheaper rate, if not free, to go back in and fix the color! But I gave two stars instead of just one because each stylist working in this store is a separate business, so Aubrey's poor customer service shouldn't reflect upon the business as a whole (plus she did work really hard to do just what I wanted with streaks and ombre).

Tammy L did my hair - she was able to fit me in around my crazy schedule and did an amazing job! Highly recommend, very great service and atmosphere. Reasonably priced as well.
