workers are very stand off won’t help or even speak to you when you come in i have come in twice and left right back out because of that standing there waiting for help and they just look at you or act like they don’t hear you

Bob Ziller apparently is a racist I've never heard loud music in this place nor have I seen any thugs in this location I've always been shown great customer service and the staff was very helpful!

Most of there shoes are defective where asked could I get a discount they refused. Not returning to this location, online may be a better option. The employees forget sizes asked for and have you waiting as they help other customers and still can't remember what sizes I needed.

This stores customer Service was the worst I’ve ever seen in my life. There are two men working . I was the only customer in the store. I asked both men about certain shoes being in a size 10. I was totally ignored. Like I Wasn’t there . They wouldn’t even look at me . I normally never post these things either . But something must be done with employees Like this . I Will promise I will never walk in this store ever again . Or any other foot locker . If this is the kind of people they promote then it’s not for me. There are plenty of other stores to give my money to.

Awful customer service. Me and my son were the only ones in the store and still couldn't get any help. The 2 guys working there were useless. I have to go back today to return the clothes I bought for my older son so this should be interesting.

I walked in with my family. I was met by 2 young workers. I was asked what size we were looking for. My husband said size 10 and they said , " we don't have any size 10" I asked "in the whole store?" I got back "yup". I said I call bs but thats fine. I wasn't going to make a scene in front of my 3 kids. I just left. I came back a week later and the manager was there. I explained what happened and he pretty much told me it didn't happen because he was there. My very big brother went with me and as soon as he said that he asked him if he was calling me a liar. Then he magically remembered he was on a conference call in his office. Yet still didn't do or offer to do anything about it. I got the shoes there only because I was given gift cards to do so. I will never spend my money at this store.

This store definitely has great customer service.I was greeted by everybody, Jazmine was a nice sales person.I'm very indecisive with tennis shoes , but she had patience with me.Ome.I Recommend this location if you're seeking excellent customer service. Cool staff assistance as well.
