Stopped here after the Chiefs training camp. We spent 45 mins standing in line to order! The lady behind counter was doing everything she could do. But it was horrible!

I ordered the Summer Strawberry salad combo with ranch dressing and medium root beer. I also ordered a junior bacon cheese burger. Everything was fine except they forgot to give me my medium order of fries that go with the combo. I tried calling the number on the receipt several times and it says the number you have dialed is not working.

The place was filthy. No tables we clean staff standing around at least six employees. Another staff member was asleep laying in the dinning area The one thing you except is to eat in a clean environment. Very disappointed. Food was cold.

3:00 in the afternoon not busy, food all over the floor in kitchen. It took them 3 time to make a hamburger with no cheese. Manager was to busy walking around talking on her phone then talk to me. Never again!!!!

Stopped on our way home from Worlds of Fun, there were 6 of us, so we All ordered the $5 biggie bag. The guy taking my order was extremely rude, the fries were cold. I asked to speak with the manager, who was also extremely rude, and didn't even apologize, rolling her eyes at me and telling me she didn't hear how they treated me, so basically she wasn't going to do anything about it.

I asked for a Spicy Chicken sandwich with Lettuce only. I got my spicy chicken sandwich with lettuce… and a big globe of mayo. My sandwich also had a metallic taste to it. The Baconater Fries I got were cold and tasted like they had sat in the warmer for too long, they also didn’t melt the cheese for the fries😐

Waited 5 extra mins for them to drop extra chicken since it was lunch no big deal then I get home and this is what I got this is a 6 dollar sandwich what is wrong with you Wendy u used to he so amazing now ur ran by tweakers trying to pinch penny's till they go outta business

Every time we have eaten here, it seems their oil is beyond need of changing. I always get a chicken sandwich of sorts, and it always tastes burnt and is way darker than it would be with fresh oil or even somewhat fresh oil. I get so hopeful each time I try it again, and each time it's a let-down.

I have no idea how the are able to move the drive - thru line so quickly, but there's almost no wait regardless of how many are in front of you. The food is always hot and fresh and ACCURATE! AAA+
