Ordered extra cherries in my cherry limeade a few hours ago, they charged me extra for cherries, asked the blond girl at the window if the extra cherries were in it, she assured me they were in the bottom of the drink, got to the end of the drink and absolutely no cherries in it or the lime. I’m so glad you feel ok with charging people extra for something, assuring them it’s there when you know full well it isn’t.

This is the third time in a row I have showed up to get a small Butterfinger blast the first one I had I had to throw it out because the milk or whatever it was in it tasted sour. Second one I got wasn’t what I ordered the third time which I just got today there was like no Butterfinger in the blast it was a vanilla shake I’m done with the sonic.

My tots were cold, and there were 4 pieces of onion, on my cheeseburger. I usually order a cheeseburger with onion only, either there's so many, they're allover the place or 4.

Absolutely worst Sonic I've ever been to. The state health dept needs to shut this place down permanently. Last couple times I've went there (over a period of like 5 yrs) I said never again. Well I decided to try and give them another chance today and nope. Only had gotten worse.

Positively the worst Sonic I have ever been to. I get that it’s Sonic, and fast food. I’m not expecting a high-end meal. But I do expect even a shred of standards for the money I pay. I like Sonic’s food as a whole, a lot. I’m not even from around here, and we stopped here for lunch on a Friday afternoon after flying into the airport. The bacon cheeseburger I ordered had maybe 3 small half-inch-wide pieces of lettuce on it. I’m not exaggerating, my burger looked like I was being pranked. I don’t know how someone puts such little effort into topping a burger without trying to prank someone. It also had a small, thin, sickly looking slice of tomato on it, and charred, wadded up bacon unevenly spread across the sandwich. Next, I barely had 10 fries included with my meal. I’m not sure who filled my fry cup up 1/3 of the way and thought “yep that’s good enough.” Finally, I simply ordered water for my drink with my meal. So naturally, I get a cup of water filled 90% of the way with ice, and maybe 5 ounces of water in there. How do you mess up water? The worst part is, this all may sound exaggerated because of my annoyance with this experience. But I can’t stress this enough; I’m not exaggerating even a little bit, with any of this. The meal was so far below low-effort that is seriously seemed like they were intentionally giving me the worst put-together meal they could. I’ll end with the only positives I can think of. They answered the buzzer quickly and the workers there were prompt and perfectly pleasant.

Don’t go after normal dinner hours! This is what ya get, cold tot remains, the leftovers from the dinner rush. I should’ve taken a photo of my sandwich also, it was a disaster! I took my wife her order while she was working and she received the same thing. The bottom of the fryer, cold fries and tot remains.
