Bought a Big Green Egg from Porters in Smithville. Employees were all very friendly and helpful. They made the experience a lot of fun. They were knowledgeable about the products, but if they didn't know the answer to our question, they would stop and find out. We really appreciated their honesty, not trying to fake an answer or pretend they knew it all. Thanks also for free delivery and set-up! Special thanks to Heath and all involved for a great experience. I’ve never been to a store where the employees seemed to enjoy their jobs as much. They always appear to be having fun and happy you’re there. Highly recommend this store.

Was camping in area and needed a couple of unusual items. Was greeted at door by Isabella. She directed husband and took me back to ask Zack who then ask Sara, who had just put the item up. We are certainly not use to this customer service at our local ACE. This team is the best!!!

My grandfather went in to get his mower blades sharpened and they quoted him $7 per blade. There was even a sign that advertises $7 per blade. Upon picking them up they charged him $10 per blade. When questioned they said that the gentleman who sharpens them decides the price and then proceeded to go into a spiel about how the blades are slightly larger than average. If this was the case they should have quoted this from the get-go. As a someone who works in this industry, I know that transparency is super important when it comes to communication with the customer. Businesses mess up sometimes and quote the wrong price. It happens, however at that point it is on the business to make it right with the customer. We will not be returning.

Great store, always clean and everyone always greets you and offers to help. They have a great selection of products the big box stores have. I have gotten a lot of screens replaced and they did a great job at a cheap price.

What a ridiculous pricey store it is. You cannot even get in and there is someone I believe who might owne or run the bussiness hounding you at least let the customer get into the establishment and if he or she can't find something then let them ask for help.I live in Trimble and just wanted to see Packs competition and there's not.
