Good meat prices but you have to watch the prices on grocery items. They are as much as 2.5 what Walmart sells the same item for.

The prices use to be good on meat, Mt. Dew 2 liters, Ice drinks, and some other items, but not anymore. For the gas you spend to go there and buy them item's, you could buy the Ice drink and Mt. Dew at Walmart. As far as the meat, to be honest, unless your buying something on sale, Harter House is the best way to go. Most of there other item's, are high priced and some of it, is not good at all. Also, this lady Kathy use to be the door greeter, she isn't anymore, and some guy is there and it not the same going in. She was always so nice, cheerful, kind and just plain happy to see you. Made you feel good going in the store, this guy isn't any of that and doesn't make you feel that way at all. Not sure what happen, but they need to get her back there!! That was one reason we loved going there, was because of how she made you feel walking in. It wasn't just a job to her, you could tell, she loved her job. To the management, you need to get her back there and lower your prices back down, as you say, your name says it, and your prices prove it, not anymore!! If you like my reviews on places, please hit the like button, so I know if I should keep writing reviews, and no, I am not paid in anyway to write reviews. I write them because, like you, I read reviews so I can know thing's about places I have never been to, and if I want to go to them or not.

The prison from The Walking Dead had better ambiance than this place. Prices are generally high, but the sales can be good so this generally pretty sad store gets a second star for those.

I have lived in SW Missouri for 18 years, and just recently visited Food 4 Less for the 1st time. I was happy to finally find the Best Choice/Always Save and name brand food I grew up with, but at more reasonable prices than Price Cutter. We can fill our grocery needs at Costco, Aldi, then Food 4 Less, and skip Walmart all together. Food 4 Less is where we get the items that Aldi doesn't carry. This store looks and operates in a low-cost style, but is always clean and the food quality is good. Food is shelved on warehouse-style shelving, rather than Lozier store fixtures. Customers bag their own groceries, but bags are supplied. Employees that I have encountered have been polite.

I've been shopping here since I was a kid. Consistent, clean and amazing prices. Staff is always delightful and it seems they enjoy working here. Keep up the good work!

I enjoy grocery shopping here; it's not too big or too small so it provides a great selection of items. The vegetables and meats are always fresh and delicious after a meal is prepared.

Prices were really good especially on the roast and corned beef and I didn't know they sold muscles there. Store was clean well stocked and the cashier was really friendly I look forward to going back and saving even more money

Really amazing deals. And it is right beside the Aldi. That's super helpful when tight on money. Generally pretty friendly staff. I always buy all of my pasta from here. Great way to fill the pantry for only a few bucks. They have signs up that claim they have the best meat in town. Sometimes the meat looks great, and sometimes it all looks grey. But most everything else is good quality and priced well. There is always a few items out on the clearance table that are lightly damaged, which is nice. Sometimes the bread products on the shelf are already moldy. Honestly though, my biggest problem with this place is how obnoxiously yellow everything is. Other than that, this is a really great place to get groceries.

Rude meat dept guy, not very good customer service. Not even from the meat manager. If you are going to advertise great meats for less. Than have great quality stuff I traveled 35 miles away to get a good deal. But had mold on the meat and strawberries
