I don't typically count my prescription, but I decided to today because of an experience I had months ago. I was given 13 pills (should have been 14), and when I called about it, the pharmacist was extremely rude and all but called me a liar. I want to be clear that it was a man, because the female pharmacist who I usually get is always very on top of things. This comes months after I received a call from them one day telling me that I was prescribed too much of my medication, and when I went to count it, I was actually short by 1 pill. When I told them that, they sounded very confused and never contacted me back about it again. There is something weird going on there, and I intend to report it today.

Called this cvs and had the technician tell me she will ask the pharmacist then put me back into the automated system of phone calls, where I originally was on hold to get to this pharmacy. So unprofessional. Go elsewhere for your pharmacy needs

The employee didn't know how to use their equipment and had no desire to take a moment to figure it out. Waste of my time. Avoid this location.

Store very understocked with a lot of stuff just laying around on floor. But employees friendly and they had all I needed so it was good.

I went to get photos taken for my passport. The employee up front was helping a customer through the checkout, so I waited in line. I could hear the employee helping the customer save money, and next thing I knew, the employee gave her a great big hug! I worked a lot of years in retail, and hugs are RARE. The employee's name was Marie M., I believe. She got my photos and got me rung up, and I could tell she was knowledgeable and kind. I just wanted to shout out what an asset she is to CVS and what good customer service she is providing.

Very rude. I lost my receipt and needed to exchange an item. The old lady working the register said I could not exchange without a receipt, but the website CLEARLY states you can receive store credit if you lost your receipt. I wasn't asking for money back, just exchange for something else. She has no customer service skills and clearly does not know her own store's policy.

The people working in this branch of CVS are consistently professional, kind, and go above and beyond for their patients. They all deserve a huge holiday bonus!

Shoutout to the staff at this pharmacy. I visit this location frequently. I feel like pharmacy has been understaffed and overworked for quite some time. The phones never stop ringing, the drive thru lane is full - constantly. But they all treat the customers in a professional manner and keep keep their cool, even when the customers aren't so kind to them. I understand things are diffucult during a pandemic, but your pharmacy and sales team need help. Someone to answer the phone alone would make a difference. You don't want to lose the team that you have right now. They are great.

Shoutout to the staff at this pharmacy. I visit this location a few times a month. And for months now this pharmacy has been understaffed and overworked. The phones never stop ringing (usually 5+ phone calls holding), the drive thru lane is full - constantly. But they all keep their cool, even when the customers aren't cool with them. I have considered switching pharmacies more than once since the pandemic, but I keep coming back because every time I leave this place I feel so bad for the staff and am impressed with how they are handling the situation. I am sure that operating a pharmacy is difficult during a pandemic. But your team needs help. Someone to answer the phone alone would make a difference. You don't want to lose the team that you have right now. They are great.

I have used this pharmacy for years and noticed it has steadily declined. The pharmacy always seems understaffed, unorganized, and confused. I often have multiple prescriptions and they have them in multiple places where they cannot find them. Today I had the rudest experience with someone in the pharmacy. When I asked for the manager I could hear what she was saying about me through the microphone and it was not kind. I have never left a review on a site but was so upset over this I sat in the parking lot and wrote this and immediately had my prescriptions transferred. I refused to even pick up the ones they had ready.
