Pretty much your typical Metro store front. Staff was nicer and more business like than the shop on S Grand. Very customer sales and service oriented.

I paid two payments to my phone bill in October 2020 ....so I ask for one of the payments to be refunded back...Metro Corporate said it was refunded back to me but I never received it..Terrible business and WILL NOT be using their service anymore!!

April 12: Went in to get my phone activated today. The tall white guy was helpful in doing so, but they had a customer who was screaming on her phone inside. Neither worker said anything to her, as if it was okay. I spoke up and told her to go outside, and the other worker, a pretty short black girl, actually spoke up and SAID it was okay! What?! I was a customer too, and the guy worker had just gotten a phone call from another customer, and this lady was in there screaming. Then an elderly man came in, all calm and polite, and next thing I know, that same lady worker was into a screaming argument with the man, cussing each other out. The lady was okay with the screaming customer, but aggressive with the nice elderly man who had just come in. I appreciate the guy helping me get in touch with the phone customer service, but really, neither worker seems fit to work with people.
