Their pharmacists are always very friendly and helpful!!! If they're every paper work to be done between your insurance and drug manufacturer they always do the leg work for me... Beings it's a smaller Walgreens they always have time for one on one consultation vers the larger Walgreens without feeling rushed!!! Thanks Southampton Walgreens for your help without showing signs of showing burdened on your part!!!

I have encountered a very bad experience this year with some of the staff,I have refill my meds for the past two years in this location, same medicine,they never told me we need to call the doctor,I said okay they said we call nobody pick the phone we left a voicemail,I told them give me my script and I drop it in another pharmacy and they refilled my meds within 15min.

The pharmacy staff at this location has absolutely the most COMPASSIONATE , courteous, and knowledgeable staff of any pharmacy in Missouri. On 2 separate visits i was completely out of life saving medication. They offered help in information and assistance that surpassed that of any pharmacy i have ever used. When it comes to pharmacies big or small this South Hampton Walgreens location is Crushing the Competition.

There is no better pharmacy than the one at South Hampton Healthcare. This year my insurance changed and they spent a week on the phone with my new insurance company after all of my prescriptions were rejected. That's reason number one. Today, I am sick with the flu and called to see if they had anything over the counter I could pick up. They are a specialty pharmacy and aren't a full Walgreens retail store. So they delivered flu medication to my home within 2 hours of me calling. With the fact I could barely move that they would go above and beyond like that is simply not found anywhere these days. That's reason number two. And the final reason is their constant sense of care. They know me by name, like an old time pharmacy in a town of 20 people. I will never go anywhere else. They never make me feel silly like other pharmacies have in the past.

It pains me to leave such a bad review, this doctor's office used to be fantastic, but there has been a dramatic shift lately. I've never seen a business turn so bad so quickly before in all my life. The turnover rate is very high. The nurse practitioners turnover around every 4 months to a year tops so its very hard to have consistent care. The secretaries turnover much, much faster. They installed a new scheduling system that is causing all kinds of problems. My messages never get returned. They just changed their bookkeeping system as well that has major errors. I tried talking to the office manager about the errors, but she was extremely rude and talked down to me like I was some kind of deadbeat. Worse yet she does so with her office door wide open for the whole office to hear with no concerns for HIPAA violations. Furthermore she had stacks of papers just out sitting on her desk with other people's personal, medical information clearly visible to me or anyone that walked by. The office manager flat out lied to me at least twice saying there have been no problems when the secretary, nurse, and nurse practitioner had all just told me otherwise. Rather than make any effort to try and get to the bottom of her mistakes the office manager told me that maybe I should just be looking for a different doctor's office. Sadly a lot of my friends go here and have left due to the same issues. I really wanted to hold out because I remember how great of an office this used to be and hoped that this was just a rough patch they would get through. The nurse practitioners are wonderful for as long as they're able to stay there. I just don't think its wise to entrust my health to this business any longer. The mistakes are just getting to be too much and I've lost all confidence in the office itself.

Great staff at this pharmacy. They have gone out of their way to save me money. The pharmacy is located inside the lobby of Southampton Health Care. Hours are limited to weekday only before 5:00 PM.

I can't say enough positive, nice things about this Walgreens. The staff that works here is very professional, extremely helpful and go out of their way to assist you in any way they can. My prescriptions are always filled on time--and often same day and the staff is very friendly. I am always greeted with a smile and all my questions are answered. They are actually concerned about you! This should be the model for all pharmacy's to follow. I drive out of my way to patronize this place and will continue to do so as long as they operate in this manner.
