Quick response through website (2 days) however broken pieces were on back order and they wanted $50 usd to ship to Canada. Total for 2 broken parts and shipping was $76 USD. New tent is $127 CDN, basically $30CDN more.

Bought a 14x12 screen tent. Put it up per enclosed Instructions. One week later when it rained, three roof poles shattered from the weight of the water on the roof. Thought they would be replaced for free, but when I mentioned that in my email, I haven't heard from them since.
