I needed an ingredient for dinner and stopped by for it. They had it for a good price, and bought a few other things as well. Clean, friendly neighborhood grocer! I'll be back!

Staff is amazing, kind, and do their best to go above and beyond for customers. I want so bad to give them a good review because God knows they need it with big businesses such as Walmart and Fareway encroaching on their business, but their food is often old and always overpriced. The most recent of which was moldy burritos. It makes me sick just thinking about them.

While the store is clearly older and worn, there is a large selection and well stocked. The meat dept has the packaged meats over stocked and well above the top of the freezer box, making me question its integrity. Our checkout lady was very nice and helpful however the lady at customer service was something else. My husband waited patiently while she assisted someone. Realizing he wasn't going elsewhere for assistance. She asked what he needed, assisted him and as he walked away, told another customer she "just wanted to get rid of him". Having worked customer service, letting someone know you want to focus on them longer is one thing, viewing customers as something to "get rid of" is another. She won't have to worry about us anymore.

Good experience. Not a Gretna resident. Dog sitting. A little disappointed they don't carry bottled coffee....cold brew or iced coffee. Otherwise, they had everything I needed.

Good for when you need a few ingredients or some quick groceries for the week. It's close to home and better than going all the way to Walmart. Not a big selection and prices can be high. The prices don't bother me as much since this is a small town store.

I love this market. The meat is so good and is cut on-site, not pre-packaged. They have a great selection of produce, as well. I like being able to park, shop, pay, and be on my way home in the time it would take just to navigate a huge store.

McKinneys is a great small town grocery store. The meat department is excellent, and you can always get in and out quickly. Some of the prices may be a touch higher than the big stores but the convenience and the very nice staff is well worth it!

Small town, friendly feel! Staff are always friendly and helpful. Prices are a bit higher than large chain grocery stores, but if I'm not filling my cart, it's worth the stop at McKinney's.
