My husband ordered a replacement daytime running bulb online for me to drive to the store and have installed. Being a disabled mother of a 12 month old we use services like this to make our lives easier and they are appreciated! I walking inside carrying my baby and told them what I was there for and if the bulb could be installed for me. The desk clerk said yes, he couldn't get the app to work with my receipt but grabbed the bulb on the screen shot my husband sent me and followed me out. He asked to to turn on the car and pop the hood which I did. And he looked at the front of the car went in for tools and came back out and got to work. After he finished he asked me to turn the car back on looked confused and had me turn the high beams on/off. Strange since it was the daytime running light that was out but ok. He declared it fixed I thanked him and he went inside. I looked to see if it was fixed and my light was still out. I get my baby and go back inside and tell him it's not working. He said he replace what we ordered and threw away my bulb which broke in the trash. I said oh great so I have to buy a second bulb now. Yes, so ok I agree because what choice do I haven and he starts installing it. As I'm buckling my baby back up I'm thinking why didn't he realize we must have ordered the wrong bulb by mistake when he had me turn on the car the first time and say something. So I go ask. He tells me He NEVER HAD ME TURN ON THE CAR BEFORE HE INSTALLED THE FIRST BULB. THAT I DIDNT TURN IT ON UNTIL AFTER HE REPLACED IT. I am paying for an extra bulb I didn't need and he is telling me I didn't do what he asked me to do. I'm imagining it all Apperently! He insisted he doesn't get anything out of selling me 2 bulbs. No but not having attention to detail and poor customer service is a good reason to gaslight me and make me out to be a dumb/crazy woman, he also told me to never order parts online because these mistakes happen. And out of his own mouth while working on my 1st bulb he told me about another woman who had told him to put her car back together she would have her husband do it. I tired benefit of doubt but never again. And I will not return.

We broke down on our way through Nebraska, and we needed a couple parts to get back on the road. There was a young man who helped us, he got us exactly what we needed and we were up and running within the hour. Thank you !

Almost all the guys... except for about two of them.... that work at the store are complete idiots when it comes to any kind of questions pertaining to a vehicle... Hope you don't have any questions to ask that people that work there because their favorite thing to say when asked a question is "I don't know"

O'Reilly Auto has been my primary parts store for decades. I like the prices and quality. HOWEVER, if you need engine electronic sensor parts, go to the dealership. Good people, good quality otherwise. And orders come extremely quick if something is not in stock.

Awesome folks here. My daughter was getting ready to come home for Thanksgiving break and her car wouldn't start. She stopped in to get her battery tested, and Brandon got her battery replaced for her right away. So grateful for him!

Educated by the natural process of growing up with the simplicity of small town culture, my boyfriend uses O'Reilly's for their capabilities to get simple evaluations on the elements under his hood. These electronic tests help him chose products that help him with his personal auto repairs and to know whether he can make the repair or will have to refer it to his mechanic. This gives auto repair decisions back to the consumer. Very helpful indeed.

Great location and the employee's are very knowledgeable about the products they sell and all the free services they offer like the free services engine light diagnostics this alone can save you hundreds of dollars on repairs. They are the best here is a prime example my engine services light came on I stopped at our local Oreily's the young man on duty did the diagnosis and found one of the duel injectors was running to Rich he told me the O-2 sensor was showing a problem for that cylinder at which point he recommended that I try running a can of duel system cleaner through on my next fuel fill up and he was right on track it fixed the problem and saved me a lot of time and money as opposed to going to a dealer.
