The gentleman at the counter was very nice and helpful in getting my phone number transferred over to a new phone. However, when I asked how to transfer my 7GB of music, he kept saying, "you don't have any music, those are just old files." Yes. MP3's are files, sir. Eventually, I convinced him, and he told me to use "smart switch" which is not an app I can download on my "old" (one year old) phone (that I got at the same place) due to it being out of date. So, I've had to figure out how to do it on my new phone and it's been a complete nightmare that has taken several hours. He also told me that my new plan will not go into effect for two months and that I would be charged the old rate until then, even though I am under a month-to-month contract. Won't be going back.

My mother in law went here to get help with her Gmail. Well she got logged out recently and when I helped her it said she was still logged in somewhere. It gets real confusing but we almost weren't able to recover her account. Fortunately I was trying to help her transfer her contacts to the new Gmail she created and was able to see that she was still logged onto a device IN CANTON there was also a recovery email very similar to hers entered in. She has been having weird activity on her credit card on top of it all. Well I was able to log them out, change the recovery email. Just be careful and do not give out your passwords to these people!!!

Great location and has a large variety of phones. The owner is very knowledgeable and was very patient answering all my questions guiding me to what phones would be best for me at this time, and explaining how upgrades work etc. I highly recommend this store clean, well stocked and knowledgeable staff. Best Metro hands down

Vince said he would include my phone case and screen protector with the cost of my phone. ...He didn't. He also said he could give me the best price for my phone. ...he didn't. I'll be honest, I only buy a new phone every 2 or 3 years. So $40 or even $50 over three years isn't much at all, but the bottom line is that he lies and misleads. He's a snake charmer. Decent product selection, very poor salesmen.

I usually have a good experience at this store but the girl that just helped me pay my bill was so rude. I will be calling to talk to a manager because her attitude was awful when all I was trying to do was ask a question. This girl should not be in customer service. There was absolutely no need for that kind of behavior.

Anthony is the man. I was bummed I shattered my second LGK20 phone (best budget phone on the market). Anthony worked with me and set me up with a Stylo 4 (which performs very well, camera is amazing) AND a glass screen protector and vibration dampening case, all at a discounted price. Metro by T-Mobile outshines every cell company IMO.

Bought 200 phone that didn't work and won't return with owning less than week after coming in twice with it. Told me had to send back myself. Absolutely horrible service. Treated rude. Didn't care leaving disabled person without a phone. Sold me junk phone. Slimy owner. Guaranteed to rip you off and try to charge you for lack of customer experience. Never had problem been with Metro pcs for years. This guy will be out of business thanks to himself. Asked week prior for assistance with payment they say didn't make that brought copy of check in. Said not his problem and won't assist in any way. Guy shouldn't be in business.

My husband and I just tried this location's curbside pickup for groceries. For a mere 5$ per order, no matter the size, a friendly customer service person brought out our groceries neatly bagged and labeled. Since we have a 6month old, this might be the best thing Meijer has done.

Everytime I go to this meijer I wonder why I bother. The layout is confusing, especially the produce section. Very tight to get around. I decided to go at 6:30 on a Saturday night hoping that it would be less crowded, it wasn't really. Waited for items at the deli counter and when it was my turn I asked for ham, got it, and the man walked away. He didn't even asked if I needed anything else, which I did. I had to wait again for the other person to help me. Couldn't believe it.
