I had wait awhile before being served. I was served by this wonderful young man, James. He's so knowledgeable, and professional. He got me out of there with properly working device in no time. It was worth the wait to have been served by James, this pleasant tech.

I went to the AT&T corporate store in Canton today and Christian helped me greatly. He was patient and took all the time I needed. I am 70 and scared of computers and cell phones and viruses and scams and this is a crazy world. I got the thing called MyHub accidentally on my phone and it messed it up bad. Christian found on the Play Store app how to uninstall it and then it reformatted my screen back to normal. I thanked his wonderful boss, Ashley. I also recommended they make sure to go to church every Sunday and give thanks to God. Thank you, Kevin Lambert

After being completely disappointed at Sam’s Club I came into the Canton AT&T store and I met Ashley Ashley saved the sale I was going to return the phones from Sam’s Club after she printed the return shipping label , but she was very helpful and I made an appointment to come back when I did Ashley was waiting & Shawna assisted me with everything, with the help of Ashley . and I want you to know they’re very valuable and I would not have bought three phones and two watches today if it wasn’t for Ashley and Shawna

I have only good things to say about the AT&T store. From my first encounter with Zachary to update my plan and upgrade one of my phones. I did however encounter a few technical issues in the process which were addressed and corrected quickly and professionally by Zachary, Ashley, and Shauna. Special shout out to Shauna, for restoring my voicemail and the very special messages that I had saved from my mom.

The entire store is super friendly and knowledgeable. They have helped me on several occasions. Zachary is an absolute rock star. Everyone is great, I just only got Zachary's name. I would highly recommend this place!
