Have had great experiences with this post office. Both the rural carriers and the office staff have gone above and beyond on multiple instances. I wish all post offices were this friendly and accommodating.

Very frustrated with the service I received today at the Ashland, NH location. My husband attempted to pick up a package that he received notification of delivery and was told that it hadn’t arrived yet and UPS had incorrectly marked it as delivered. I called approximately 1-2 hours later and was told the package had been received several hours earlier and they weren’t sure why my husband had been told his package wasn’t available for pickup. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this post office. There are some wonderful employees at this location that deliver excellent customer service, unfortunately the rest of them don’t seem interested in doing the bare minimum required to do their jobs.

Use UPS, use FedEx, use a bear riding a unicycle who delivers packages as a side gig. Use anything other than USPS if you live in Ashland. I can't even begin to count the number of times USPS said a delivery was attempted, but they didn't even bother coming to the door.

Very lazy. Will hold your mail and not allow you to pick it up if you point out how useless they are. Very rude as well. Typical government employees who want to collect a check for doing nothing.

They won’t deliver packages. If ONE is too big, they hold ALL packages until you can come pick all of them up. They are closed at lunch and by 5pm, which means we have to wait the ENTIRE week, until Saturday, to pick up packages that should have just been delivered in the first place. Beyond. Over. It.

Had a piece of mail sent there by accident. Went there and was told it was not there and had been forwarded to my current post office. Checked with current post office not there. Checked with sender they verified it was there in Ashland. Sender sending a new item. Lacking integrity.
