We had an overnight package that was delayed in transport from another facility to deerfield. When we called the next morning the sending facility in NJ was of no help. Deerfield however went out of their way to get the package delivered promptly. I can't thabk them enough for getting this time sensitive package delivered to us!

Only three 🌟 s for now because I didn't go inside. I used the outside mailbox. Very nice looking building. I like the care of the plants out front. Plenty of parking. Deerfield is a very scenic town, especially in the fall. So having a nice looking neighborhood post office compliments the town.

The clerk Sue was very attentive. She told me my options and suggested tracking was a great idea.

Can never get a person in the phone....waited over an hour no one picked up. Missing a check from the IRS.....which they have said was already issued

Sick of their lies. Say they can deliver it by a certain day the tracker says theyll have It delivered but never shows up. Then lie and say that they couldnt get anyone when in reality they just go home early. Waste of taxpayer money. Time for new management.

Requested a pickup and the carrier drove up, honked (I'm thinking why aren't you coming to the front door to get the packages I requested you pick up?), waited about a minute and then drove away. Never even knocked on the front door. I requested a pick up because these packages are heavy and difficult for me to bring to the post office on my own, so if she was expecting me to haul them all out to her and not lift a finger... ha. Very poor service.

Saturday mailman is HORRIBLE. In a matter of months he has not delivered to my house once. Always my neighbor or another house.
