I have been a customer in this store for several years and I have had one bad experience. Yes there can be long waits for the pharmacy not only are they short handed but they take the time to answer questions customers may have about meds or insurance. I have been behind impatient customers who berate the cashier for the long wait time. Now you have wasted time for the person behind you. These employees feel bad enough that you had to wait, now someone piles on the complainant that these pharmacy techs have no control over. Try a little kindness and smiles will be your reward.

The phone does not work, I ask for customer service and it only brings me to Covid related questions. I keep specifically asking for customer service and it does not bring me to customer service and it continues to bring me to Covid questions, I called 5 times

This place is absolutely terrible. There was a employee standing at the door watching people and directing them to the 2 self check outs. I asked if she could ring me up because I'm not a CVS employee and she told me she doesn't get paid to ring people up. 😒

David helped me with a return and his customer service was excellent. He was very kind and friendly. This CVS is not in my neighborhood but I’d return to location.

Judging from the previous reviews my comments like those of others will fall on deaf ears. I was on hold for 20 minutes when I entered the store. I spoke to a manager and showed her the phone still on hold and said “Oh….the pharmacy “ with a shrug and apparently regarded my experience as normal. I then went to the pharmacy counter where I observed one person calmly drinking a soft drink while engaged in conversation with another pharmacy employee. I showed her the phone and her response was “ I just got free”. This is not the first time I have had this type of experience at unfortunately the closest location to my home! Corporate …..are you listening?.. more importantly, are you reading the awful reviews of the performance at this location? New Manager might be a good place to start!! Never Again!

Worst CVS ever. They "fill" their prescriptions then when you get there they either don't have the prescription ready (even though it's supposedly filled) or "we already filled this prescription, you're not due for a refill for 90 days" while you haven't ever received the prescription in the first place. I'm 99% sure that they are doing this to increase their "fill" count to make them look more profitable to their shareholders. I think that might be illegal?

The clinic I go to, sent my prescriptions with the wrong name and also not complete, but Sarah one of the pharmacist was extremely helpful, she was able to filled one of them that I really needed! After dealing with my doctor's office staff, her help made my day sooo much better! Also the rest of the staff are very friendly!

I’m floored with how rude the pharmacy staff are at this location. I felt like I had just kicked this pharmacist’s dog by how seemingly upset she is that I’m here to pick up my prescription before it’s ready. Why does it matter? It’s my problem if I need to wait, and I did. Why be so hostile about it? Also I worked in a pharmacy for years so when I was deliberately misinformed about a medication, I was floored even further. You don’t even have to have the experience to know it was false when you can just use Google. Rude, unprofessional and apparently not very knowledgeable. I’d be looking for better staff, CVS.

This pharmacy is one of the worst pharmacies I have ever had to deal with. Most of the time the staff is nice but the pharmacy never answers the phone you will be on hold for at least 40 minutes if they even decide to answer or they will hang up on you forcing you to call back and still won't answer the phone prescriptions are never ready when they say they're going to be they are understaffed. People have serious questions about medication and nobody answers the phone to answer questions that is not professional in my eyes so please start answering your phone before you guys end up losing all business

Extremely busy pharmacy, took over a a couple hours to get my medicine. Pharmacy staff is extremely friendly while front end staff is okay. Store seems fairly clean and organized. They no longer have a clinic at this location which makes this place slightly less convenient.
