The pharmacy does not have a clue. Telling you they send refill request to the Dr. That they never sent. Then blame it on the doctor. Always seem to be out of the medications. Never update the information on your account. When you question them they make you feel stupid. Talking to store manager is like asking a shopping cart for help. This pharmacy has to be the worst one Frys has.

One of my favorite Fry's marketplace stores. They have a very large clearance section and I'm lucky to find a lot of gluten-free and dairy-free products on clearance for a fraction of the cost. The store is clean and bright. The produce is fresh. Every employee I spoke with was very courteous and personable. I do like this store and its great selection!

This is one of the cleanest Fry's I've found. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. Christian is a top notch manager. Thanks for jumping in and helping the cashiers. I will continue to make this my top grocery store.

This review would be for the Starbucks in the frys market place! Not frys! This use to be one of my favorite Starbucks but after today I think I’ll skip it! Today my son and I ordered two pumpkin spice frapp. It was very busy so I knew we were going to be there for a while plus they had one older lady working and I could tell she was agitated about how busy it was! The second lady come in just as we were about to order. My son received his but I did not receive mine. I started to address this to the younger lady but the older lady was convinced she made mine. It was still busy so I just asked for a refund She won’t give me a refund. So I went to customer service and they gave me a refund. The frys employee was more helpful then Starbucks!

would give it 0 if possible. passing through on my way back home and they were judgmental and incredibly rude. i waited in the starbucks line for two minutes only to get the rudest up and down look from the teenage girl making my drink. only to get the same looks from all the other employees by the flowers and talking in the coffee shop. go here if you want to be treated like the garbage under their feet. train your teenage employees better, its disgusting and immature behavior at a job.

We were shopping in Fry's. We ordered at Starbucks at 621pm via mobile order that said Starbucks closes at 7pm. I get to Starbucks before 630pm and they are closed. The kid working there saw me and ignored me completely and walked away. I asked the florist if she could call a manager for me. She did and walked to talk to customer service while I waited. The boy that walked away came back. I said that had made a mobile order because the app said they were open until 7pm. His body language and tone was really nasty and said, "were closed, you'll have to see customer service"! And went about his business walking away once again. Terrible customer service from that boy! Very disappointing to have deal with you dude! Thank you customer service and the florist!

I've seen a couple posts that mention the daytime customer service manager being "rude".... Let me just say how right they are! Her name is Venus or something like that. Middle aged black woman, and she's not just rude, she's incredibly clueless. Tried to make a return and she refused to do it over and over and with ever rebuttle I had to a reason why, she gave me another reason. She couldn't even bother to scan the damn item, she just kept saying she wouldn't do it and kept changing her story as to why. Finally after being blown away for ten straight minutes by her inability to comprehend anything I was saying I gave up and asked for another manager. Then everything went smoothly and I was able to return the item promptly with no other issues. I'm just blown away at how rude, wrong, and frankly incompetent she was! How is this woman in management?!?

Rudest employees ever. Started with a group of three employees hanging out in the produce section near an inventory cart. Their entire conversation was rude and offensive with vulgar language directed towards a female. The second was one of the personal shoppers who comes barging through the isle in front of customers and can’t even say excuse me or sorry when he almost knocked someone over. But at least he was sporting his air pods I’m sure he was off in his own little world so that makes it okay. The last was an employee at the check out line. This employee was bagging groceries between two separate registers. Sees one the registers fill up with a large amount of groceries to be bagged, looks at it, looks at the customer, and walks off. No work ethic. No manners. No leaders. Sad.

This is my favorite Fry's. Mainly because of their cheese selection, sushi, salad bar and olive bar. Very clean store, lines to check out can get long depending on time of day. Clean restrooms and store. Staff is always helpful and friendly. The pharmacy on the otherhand, they need to get it together! Terrible...

My absolute favorite grocery store. Where else can you do wine and beer tastings while waiting for the butcher to grill your steak and fresh seafood? The cheese counter is amazing too! The produce is always fresh and well stocked. The fresh bread selection is wonderful. Large deli case and bakery. There is a salad bar, fresh sushi, and more. The parking lot is well maintained and not alot of carts loose and endangering cars. Friendly and helpful staff, quick check out. Watch for their quarterly liquor and wine sale - 30% off. Make sure you get the frequent shopper card and you can earn discounts on gas. The best Fry's in the area.
