Went yesterday ordered a coffee at drive thru paid at the window waited over 10 minutes no coffee went inside the 2 employees working ignored me and walked off the job and left in their vehicle leaving the store open and abandoned not impressed!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All I’m going to say I waited in drive-through for my order 30 seconds wow that was fast and the coffee was great too the whole thing from the top to the bottom didn’t get it watered down either amazing

Young Man with blue hair was very helpful and nice. They made my coffee wrong. I don't drink ice coffee. He made sure it got fixed and my refund back.

This is the third time going through drive through at this Dunkin’s. Each time, the coffee was watered down and tasted horrible. The service is slow and the employees aren’t friendly. Won’t return.

I love Dunkin coffees, bagels, breakfast sandwiches... Some times you may visit a location that is having an off day, but if you let them know your purchase and/or service is not good, they will usually make it right...They seem to care about their customers. Still doing my Dunkin runs.....loyal to the coffee I love ❤️

Love this dunks they are always on top of their game for sure!! Speedy, accurate, friendly, good location... clean, good menu choice, picnic tables, trash can in drive thru, only thing that's bummer is they close at 5 hope that changes back soon.

They have gone downhill. This morning I ordered a blue raspberry energy punch and 2 chocolate frosted and 2 chocolate glazed donuts. Originally ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese but they said they were out of plain bagels which is fine but, I was given my drink and 1 chocolate frosted and 1 chocolate glazed donut. And I’m pretty sure I paid for 4, but they don’t give receipts! When I got to the window I asked if I could add a chocolate milk for my daughter. They said no. I can understand adding something like a breakfast sandwich cause you have to make it. But just something in the fridge 2 feet away from you. Cmon do better guys…
