Harbor freight is a great place with everything you need to do the job. I would rather it higher but I felt like the staff was acting like I was in there stealing things instead of getting an unbiased opinion of the store. Like a secret shopper you must go into these places and not buy anything so you get a complete feel for the places

Vary cool place. Would love to be able to come and buy everything I want lol. They have almost everything you could think of. They have there own brand name stuff and it's good quality too

Went In to exchange a 10 x 10 pop up and at first things were headed south ugh . The store manager Deb worked out all the missed communication and did amazing at deesclating a frustrated customer. She was successful and I left happy and willing to continue purchasing from her store . Well done m

Employees steal the items from the store and blame the public. How wretched?? I bought an item and during my job I identified, there are only 4 items in the container instead of 6. I drove 10miles to return and replace the item, The store gentlewoman said " This store is open for the public so people take the pieces of items" Really??? Has she seen the public steal things from the store? why she not stopping them?? where is the security camera?? What is the difference between this store and another retail store in the area?? She was so rude and did not even regret to me! A guy (employee) was being in the office gathering this all my conversation and just giggling!!! Do not trust this store and its employees! They don't appreciate your time and business! They are just sluggish and accusing the Covid for everything!

If it weren’t for the fact that the product I was looking to buy and the price was low, after having the store manager treating me very rudely and not trying to upsell me a saw blade that didn’t come with the product, that I had to go 10 miles out of my way to a competitor to buy, I would not ever come back here to this store ever again! Corporate needs to call the store manager and give her tips on upselling and being nice to customers!! The worker who brought it to our car had a better attitude then she had!
