This place takes care of their patients. Dr. Alex is amazing and makes sure to tell you, you are in charge and can stop at any time. Both times he's done extractions and he's done way better than any other dentist I've seen. Definitely recommend Aspen to anyone who's looking for a better more comfortable dentist experience

Went in for a dental crown prep. The staff were wonderful, from the dentist all the way to the billing clerk. I really wanted to call out the dental assistant. I did not get a name, but she was fantastic.

Worst experience in my life. Paid over 8k for dentures and can't wear them because they are way to big! Refuse to fix or reimburse in any way. Now dealing with health problems.

It took forever to get a cleaning on their schedule. When it was finally time for my cleaning they cancelled my cleaning with very little notice then told me they couldn’t get me in for almost 6 months. My husband had a cleaning scheduled a month later and despite apparently knowing they wouldn’t be able to do it since last month they only contacted him shortly before his appointment date to reschedule and again couldn’t get him in until months later. The receptionist hung up on my husband when stating he’d be changing providers when he was attempting to ask how to get his records. When he called back he spoke to a different receptionist who was very helpful and polite but she’s only covering. If they can’t get or keep staff I imagine they aren’t a great employer.

I've always been nervous going to the dentist but this experience was much different. Brielle made me comfortable right from the moment she spoke to me. I waited only a short time for Dr. Alex who was very kind and professional. Both of them made it very easy for me to want to come back. It was an amazing visit!

I have no choice but to go to Aspen Dental because of my husband's insurance, if I had a choice, I would never use Aspen Dental (Keene NH). My experience has been less than satisfying. I feel over charged even though I have the insurance, I never receive call backs for anything, even when I call their "emergency" number and I now have 4 visible cavities, one that was so bad my tooth broke off a piece. My tooth is so black from this cavity, I can't help but wonder how on earth could they have missed this when I was just in for a cleaning and x-rays a few days prior to my tooth breaking. I thought dentist were supposed to help you keep your teeth, I feel Aspen Dental does just the opposite. They are the worst dentist I have ever experienced, avoid them like the plague (Keene NH).

Aspen Dental will give you a plan that you can afford if you need extensive work done, to the point of payment installments if you qualify!!! The staff here are great and care greatly about helping you get your best smile!!! The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is, when I finally got my insurance information we were waiting for and I tried contacting them, it took the better part of 3 weeks to speak to anyone even after leaving 2 voice messages! I was seriously thinking of moving to the West Lebanon Office as I had not heard from anyone from the Keen Office in regard to my 2 left messages but was told that I would have to wait for my insurance again if I were to move, so on the same day I talked to West Lebanon Aspen Dental I called the Keen Office and finally got someone on the line!!! It was very frustrating to say the least!!!

I got three fillings on my front teeth, they were optional and preventative work. The fillings themselves are rough, have cracks, and look terrible. I got a crown that doesn't fit properly and puts pressure on my top tooth. I went to another dentist and he confirmed the work is poor... and now I am paying to have ALL of the work they did redone properly. They never provide X-rays to other dentists, they like to hang up. I was going to have a cleaning done, but cancelled it that day. But of course, they went and filed it with my insurance to illegally get money for work they did not do. The people were nice, for the most part, though. If you just need basic work done, or major work for a cheaper price, this place would work. However, if you're young and want to invest in the health of your teeth in the long run I'd recommend going elsewhere.

Your office provided the perfect practice to help us with my fathers dental care and health. Many thanks to everyone at the office for allowing me to meet with you and my father together to work out a plan and solution to help him with his dental needs, especially with all of his health care needs at age 88. Everyone was very attentive and understanding, answered our questions and concerns, and provided just the answers and options we needed to help him with his corrective needs. You have a great facility and offer much needed one stop shopping especially with the current difficulty of getting appointments and procedures accomplished. We got a lot done on our first visit especially for a new patient appointment and that made things even easier for my father. Thank you to everyone and we will see you next week for our additional services.

Absolutely excellent staff. Dentist was amazing , professional, kind, very gentle, made me feel very comfortable. I had a 3 hour appointment, they did major dental work on me. I spent 3 hours in the chair while the dentist (Alex), I believe that was his name. Assisting him another amazing dental technician, best experience I have ever had in a dentist chair. I dread going to the dentist, and especially yesterday since I knew it was going to be a long, painful process, I felt no pain, I wouldn’t have believed it if anyone told me my long procedure would have been basically painless.
