Great local produce delivered on Wednesdays (you can put in pre-orders!), with a wide assortment of allergen-friendly foods (gluten free, dairy free, grain free). Great quality local, small farm meats in the frozen section - plus local yogurt and milk! Hidden gem in Meredith - come here to get what you need before Hannafords.

I went here because since COVID its been impossible to find gluten free bread in normal grocery stores. She was fully stocked with a huge variety of GF products, some of which I had never seen before (and I've lived GF in 4 U.S. states) and at checkout gave me a recommendation for a new bread to try next time! Prices are a bit steep compared to chain grocery stores but I am happy to support a small business that is kind enough to cater to my food allergies =) I will definitely be back in the future!

This is one of my favorite places to shop in the world. Not only do they have a great selection of everything ranging from essential oils to protein shakes and even skin care products. The owner is amazing. She is so friendly and helpful in every way. You have to check this place out if you're in Meredith. You won't regret it!
