Never been there before stopped in on a whim cuz I'm a caregiver and I needed my studded tires taken off urgently for weeks and wasn't able to get into 14 different places and they were kind enough to say because I was working in the area today if I got there for 8 in the morning they could Mount and balance my tires they were fairly reasonable. The secretary was very professional and very friendly and the staff in the mechanics I would recommend this place to anyone I would do service with them again they actually want to go out of their way to help you and try to squeeze you in if they can.

My son took his truck there for inspection. They failed it because they said it needed a rack and pinion and power steering pump and lines. We took it to another place and they tightened the banjo bolt and the leak went away. You can decide on what you think Service: Steering & suspension repair

UPDATE 11/14/20 - UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP. They charged my mother double what she paid last year to have her snow tires put on, and they did an inspection without asking her. They also tried to sell her work that didn't need to be done. DISHONEST! DO NOT RECOMMEND! (Deleted previous review for previous owners as it is no longer relevant. I believe that all reviews prior to this date are reviews for the previous owner.)

I moved to New Hampshire about 6 years ago. Not having a shop to bring my cars into I asked my real estate broker for a recommendation for a place to have my cars serviced. I couldn't be happier for being told to visit Hastings. Not only for our newer Toyotas but also a 1972 Triumph and a c2 corvette that I'm very picky about anyone working on. I have never and I mean never experienced anything but amazing service.. The guys here are the best. Thank you Hastings crew for keeping our cars running. Tom

Awesome place to get your car fixed! We had an emergency wheel bearing that needed to be replaced in the middle of a snowstorm. Thankfully all their other appointments canceled and we got it done that day. My husband and I live far away, but work close to this garage and I don't think we would have made it home. We are very happy with the service here!

Horrible service on my car and even worse customer service. I took my car in for what I believed was a gas leak, turns out it was, I told them please fix whatever is wrong if it and whatever was causing it and I asked them to fix my blinker as it was broken, I get the car back 4 days later still smells like gas they said the smell will burn off, I called twice over 14 days, nothing .. after 20 days I go back in and have them check it, leaking gas! I was told the whole thing was fixed but they only changed one line! $450 is what I spent for them to not fix my car, another station looked at it said they fixed something that did NOT need to be fixed because it was my gas tank that was leaking !!! Actually gas was leaking on the ground while I drove my daughter around because Hastings said it was fixed! I went in they said it was all my fault I must be driving over to many bumps in those 20 days and he said I shouldn't have been filling my gas tank up so much, he yelled at me! Blamed me for there incompetence!! Horrible! I would give 0 starts if I could! I was a women who walked in knowing not enough about cars and all they saw was a money sign walking in is what 2 other mechanics in town told me! My car could've blown up with my child and myself inside, horrible place

Rich is a wonderful mechanic and truly cares about his customers. Honest and fair. He even went out of his way to lend me a tool when he was busy and could not fit me in for a repair he said i could easily do myself.
