Joseph Henderson was my salesman and I'd recommend him to anyone. Not knowing what the going price was for a lease I told Joseph the monthly payment I was looking for and he very professionally told me he couldn't make that happen, to which i appreciated the honesty. Joseph and his sales manager were friendly, yet direct, honest, and not pushy. They didn't try to push me into the most expensive model and when I found dealerships use your Transunion credit score and not your Experian credit score (which was 30 points lower) they worked to find a monthly price that was acceptable for everyone. The vehicle was very well taken care of and they did their best to transition me into the new vehicle, including having someone show me the controls and features since the car I was trading in didn't have a screen control. I look forward to working with Joseph again if he's still there at the end of the nice, to which I'd gladly get another lease here.

The 3 people at the dealership I dealt with during my actual delivery day of my vehicle went above and beyond to make the process go smooth. The 8 months(as opposed to the 8 weeks promised) of waiting for the vehicle was not desirable. If I had been told this from the start, it wouldn't have been as big of an issue. And the non-disclosed upcharge when it finally came in was not a pleasant surprise either. Being up front about final cost would keep people a lot happier with their experience in the end. I don't who that falls on- GMC, or the dealership- but the build-sheet $2000.00 increase, and $5000.00 market value increase on the day of delivery was not a good experience. That being said, Matt(finance), Josef(sales), and Bennet(IT) were very thorough and good to deal with on my purchase day.

This is one of the BEST dealerships i have dealt with. The sales manager was very helpful and not to pushy. They showed me all the vehicles they had that were within my price range. Even worked on a Sunday to help me decide which vehicle! I have a 13month old and while signing paperwork they kept him busy so I could focus! Definitely recommend to buy new or used! Kevin was our sales guy and Jason was the sales manager. Very open and honest people, fun too! Will definitely return for more vehicles down the road

First I would like to say that I have purchased a couple of cars over the last few years from here and I had a great buying experience. My current car is not a GM product it is in fact a Mini Cooper that I purchased from the Key dealership in Portsmouth. I had an issue with it not starting shortly after I purchased it. I went to Key Newport because I live near there and although they are not a Mini dealership they looked at my car because it was purchased from an affiliate. I have to say that the team they have in the service department are wonderful! Not only are they knowledgeable but they are truly caring. I worked specifically with Bennett and Mike and you couldn’t ask for nicer people. Mike went as far as to offer to come get me if my car wouldn’t start again. It was a lengthy process to figure out what was wrong and I won’t bore you with all the details. But they never gave up! They definitely give you the small town feel and kindness!. Anyone looking to have their car repaired needs to go there. Thank you to all at the service center!

My car had very unexpectedly died. The whole sales team was extremely helpful in getting me the best deal possible as well as a car I actually wanted to drive. After 2 week I popped the tire. The service team then went above and beyond to make sure I could get it fixed and back to work ASAP. Bennett and Jeff were both compassionate and extremely willing to help. Overall an easy and enjoyable experience on all ends of this dealership

I worked closely with Kevin and Jason. These two gentleman were like a one-two punch. They took care of everything this was the smoothest most relaxed purchasing experience of my life. They valued my trade over the phone, since I live a few hours away in NY they had everything completed ahead of time for me. I think I was in and out in an hour and a half and most of that time was me waiting to get ahold of my bank. I look forward to doing business with these guys again. THIS IS HOW CAR DEALERSHIPS SHOULD OPERATE!
