They were professional, knowledgeable, ethical and very helpful. We went in thinking we needed a new battery but one of the staff checked it and said the battery was fine. He told us what the problems might be instead. Then another staff person explained how to do some other checks to figure out our problem. They could've easily just sold us a new battery.

Always helpful. I was having trouble with my truck sometimes not starting. They hooked it up to their tester and helped my narrow it down to a bad battery cable connection. Truck seems to start fine now and it didn't cost me a dime!

Staff was great very helpful. Quality of the alternator was not. One of the studs for the electrical connection was broken off laying in the bottom of the box. Taking it back to the Hillsborough location to get a replacement much closer to my house. This is in no way a reflection on the Newport location they are a great group of people and I will continue to frequent this store.

I have used Bond Auto (now O'Riley Auto Parts) whenever possible for the last 10 years at least and I take full advantage of their rewards program as well as any special coupons I get in the mail and I have saved hundreds of dollars over the years, they've also saved my butt by being able to special order (usually older) parts that no other auto shop in the area has been able to get several times over the years
