I brought my truck here a few weeks back. Asked for the mechanic to take a look at it and just do whatever needed to be done. Received a call a few hours later telling me that I did end up needing new brakes and calipers as well as rear hub assembly. The mechanic was great. The owner and daughter who run this business are nice. I sat there and talked with them for a short while. They gave me a breakdown of cost and labor. Prices were fair. I told this garage to do what they needed to fix my truck and they did no complaints here.

If it was possible to give a negative rating, I would give ten of them. Rude people, money swindlers, terrible service. We asked for a brake pad to be done, under the assumption that the pad was our issue. We were told 9 AM. The mechanic spent the whole day fighting on the phone with his GF and ended up leaving. We showed up at 3:30 expecting the pad to be done and were hit with a bill over $700. We were never consulted about anything else being done, and the owner firmly expressed that it was not his responsibility to inform of us what was being done. We were told it would be another 45 minutes roughly, so we waited, confused at what had just happened and going over the prices that didn't make sense alone in our other car. We waited until after 6 PM just to be given ANOTHER BILL over $200 for a hub assembly. This was done once again without consulting us while we were in the parking lot waiting! I knew we had been badly taken advantage of, so I also looked in to the prices further. I asked for prices to be printed for me directly from the same place the auto shop got them from. I found we were charged a 200% price inflation. When I brought up all my concerns of being taken advantage I was only rebuttaled by a screaming owner and his ignorant snobby entitled daughter. They claimed my husband "lied to me about what he asked to have done", claimed they had bills to pay, it was not their responsibility to inform us of the work being done, and yelled in my face. The daughter refused to remove herself after I asked her to let me talk to the owner alone, because she was trying to intimidate me in her tone of voice and glare. After I got sick and tired of being treated like a reprimanded CHILD, I decided it was best for me to just leave. I expressed my concern to a group of friends, only to be told many other horror stories of terrible business, personal inappropriate attacks, and money swindling other people experienced here. Many many other stories. Do NOT ever under any circumstances bring your vehicle here for anything. You might just ask for brake pads and walk away $1000 poorer without your consent, and it somehow be your fault. Oh and PS. We also left with no brake fluid or a test drive completed. That’s fair to also mention. The only decent thing about this place is the very sweet, patient and kind secretary. The father and daughter however are some of the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. The daughter, especially, should be utterly ashamed.

They went above and beyond to repair my truck. Prompt service, friendly people, and very knowledgeable. Price was very fair and I will certainly be bringing my truck back here when I need it fixed.

Their service took forever to get my vehicle in. When they were done with my truck I ended up with a bill that was outrageous. I would not recommend taking a vehicle to them for any work. Their customer service skills are not professional and they have a child in the office that deals with most of the paperwork. I find this to be unprofessional.
