I had a call the store numerous times to get them to forward my mail and then Spanish-speaking gentleman gave me a real hard time I call corporate headquarters about the store they sent me an email telling me that they have closed my box when I go to call them in my number is blocked I’ve Doing business with a Plaistow store since 2009 they value their customers as you can see

I've always had good service here. Since USPS decided to hike their prices up to an un-godly amount UPS is the way to go. It's normally pretty quick here with a friendly, but busy staff who wants to move things along. Fine with me because I'm not there for small talk.

Regarding Jose's customer service: I wanted to return a large item from Amazon. My instructions did not say it needed to be wrapped in a box. Usually, if something needs to be boxed with a label printed on it, the instructions will say so. These instructions did not say to do that. He was extremely rude. He avoided eye contact. His customer service was terrible. And he was extremely nonchalant and telling me that I had to have a box for the item. Or I could pay $15 for a box on the shelves which is silly. I told him that my instructions did not say I needed a box and he said OK and that was it.

Went there on veterans day, because i forgot to send an application to a school office. I was in a giant hurry and in a panic, so i acted sloppily. An employee named "Sean" was there to guide me through the process of sending a letter and gave me tissues when i accidentally spilled ink from a leaky pen i had. Even though i ended up canceling the order, because the school office changed the deadline, "Sean" was still polite.

UPS is the worst I will never buy a product that uses them again! Its impossible to connect to an actual person in customer service when they loose you package or for any reason. Worst company ever buyer beware!!

As I scroll through some of the other reviews on here, I see that many other people experienced the same excellent service I did at this store. I called the store with a general question regarding Covid-19 policies and asked if I required an appointment. I spoke with Mark. Mark was very polite, professional, and helpful with my questions. Upon my arrival to the store was clean, neatly kept, and everything was marked appropriately so that the customer knew right where to go. I met Mark in person. He was, once again very helpful and courteous. He appeared to be outwardly friendly and professional. My Amazon return package was scanned, tagged, and taken all within 3-5 minutes. This was an excellent experience. A customer couldn't ask for a better shipping experience.

Rude and unacceptable. I walked in and Katherine was friendly enough, she said hello as I walked in. However, she was too busy playing with her music to help me right away. As I was standing there waiting for her to come help me with my return, the phone rang and she answered it right away and helped the customer on the phone. Patiently waiting I figured she would help me as soon as she hung up, but no she went right back to fixing her music. Once she found the song she was looking for she finally decided it was time to help me. Somehow my return cost two dollars even though my phone said it would be free. She explained it was because it was out of the box. I was confused I have returned a ton of things with out the box. She stated it was a two dollar charge so I took my card out to pay. I said there should be a notification or something that states it will be a charge for not having the box. To that she rudely retorted “well I don’t do the marketing” wow. I will not return to this location. Thanks for being rude!✌️
