Absolutely the worst customer service on the east coast. Tossed out my 91 year Grandmother because they “had” to close at exactly 7:00 PM. I strongly suggest you avoid this place and shop at a regular grocery store. Never met such a rude person. No way to treat a senior citizen. What is wrong with you people? Never again!

Excellent meats, plenty of fruits and vegetables and just about anything else you need. I've been going to Arthur's market since I can remember. It's not a corporate store and I have supported them for over 30 years. Check it out if you find yourself in Rochester instead of all the corporate stores that are not even close.

Arthur's is wonderful! A real butchers shop that knows how to make a beautiful cut of meat. None of this meat trimmed of all the fat, their pork is simply delicious and cooks like a dream. Great selection of cuts, great prices and it's hands down the best I've found in the southeast NH area. It's a special day when we head to Rochester to food shop. Arthur's is always a stop.

Had the marinated steak tips. They were amazing. I think the best we ever had. We went here after a co worker highly recommended them. We will be back .

Two stars because I like the store and its concept. However the cranky long silver haired lady that can't be bothered to say how are you, hi back to you or say thank you have a good day when you're leaving. I could do without. It is because of her and her cranky attitude that I will not shop here. It's pretty bad when I'm the broken one in a foot cast out of work and in pain and I'm still a much chipper person than her miserable self is. She breeds negativity across the store!

Was really disappointed with the service today went to the deli and asked for shaved roast beef and the woman working the counter replied "I can't do that, it's too time consuming and my boss will get mad". There was no one else in the store, and it is your job to do what the customer wants.

Great meat department excellent choices of meat package. Large selection of beers at awesome prices. Staff is always nice and talkative. So much more cozy and personal than the big grocery stores.

Worked there for 2 n a half years. Was a great place to work. After a years time you get great bonuses. Co workers are great. As a shopper they have a good tendencie to make lones at checkout short. Always willing to help customers. Great prices and weekly specials available

Best local grocer around. The meat is GREAT! They have an in-house butcher and their homemade burgers are stellar if somewhat pricey. Produce is almost always great. Good selection of beer including lots of locals and crafts. Minimal wine. You'll pay a little over average for canned soup and the like, but the convenience really makes up for this.
