I called 7 different tire shops and country tire was the only shop that could replace my trailer tire the day of proving grounds. They made it happen when 7 other shops couldn't. Great tire at a great price. Service: Tires

I had a sit of rims and tires off my truck I wanted new tires on and put on my truck. After they swapped out the old tires with the new tires they told me my rims dont fit the truck well I've done almost 90k miles on that set of rims on that truck so whatever if you dont want to put them on I'll take them home and put them on myself. They didn't tell me they swapped out the flush mount vavle stems that are on the inside of my rims with regular vavle stems. No wonder they didn't fit you swapped out the right vavle stems for the wrong ones. After looking at my recipe I noticed they charged me for tires disposal when they sent me home with the old tires also in the back of my truck. They should have told me they did that with my stems I could've waited for them to get the right parts but they must have been try to sell me new rims or something took it all to a different tire place and wouldn't you know they are on the truck. Took it in for an oil change. Check engine light came on after we got the car back. Brought it back in to see if they could figure out what was going on, we thought maybe they didnt seal something up right...no problem, accidents happen. They "couldn't figure it out" and told me to take it somewhere else. I open the hood when I get it home, the problem is glaringly obvious. They broke a $350 part and took no responsibility after arguing with me over the phone. They informed me that customer satisfaction is very important to them. And then told me they would be doing nothing to fix the situation. I suggested maybe we can split it or they buy the part and we will pay them for labor. Nope, no interest in making this right. We will never let them touch our cars again.

I’ve been using this place for many years and have always followed their advice on repairs and such. I went in for an inspection for both my vehicles and they both came out way overpriced and repairs that didn’t need to be done. Some were already done just last year. Does EVERY car need a new oil filter??? I had my car repaired and stickered at another local shop. Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I went in for a state inspection and was so please with this place. They charged what was listed on the website, and didn't sneak in any extra fees. They gave me a free coupon for a coffee at the attached aroma Joe's and that was super nice. The front desk guy was very polite and professional. The building itself was immaculately clean and looked like it had just been vacuumed. It was a great experience and I totally recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve used this place multiple times for all 4 of my vehicles, but this particular time was horrible first off I have a brand new truck with 23,000 miles on it and went it for an inspection which it failed. My issue is not with it failing I get why they couldn’t pass it because I have tires that aren’t flush but at first they said it failed because my to front upper ball joints were bad and that my mud flaps had holes in them? I then asked if they looked at the manufacturer specs for my truck because dodge comes from the factory with slight play in the ball joints after I said that they said we will pass the ball joints this year and asked them about where in the rules it says mud flaps can’t have holes in them which they couldn’t find proper rules stating this so it ultimately ended up failing due to to big of tires which I’m fine with but to make up 2 things as reasons why it didn’t pass is a joke. Need less to say I won’t be going back here I don’t like being lied to. Service: Tires

Scott and Ron saved the day getting me the Nomian tires in time for my 3000 mike trip to Idaho in winter weather. They were the only place from Seabrook to Laconia that could get me in next day and have me out the door right before thanksgiving. Every other Nokian dealer had to wait until Friday but Country tire did it Wednesday. The free token for the Aroma JOES coffee was great! This is my go to tire shop now.
