Cant Thank the vets and staff enough for saving my baby girl ..thank you does not cover my gratitude. Each and every person there went out of their way to comfort me and explain everything that was happening . Best of the best !!

I brought my cat to them first week of September with a hematoma. He went in for what was supposed to be his surgery at 7:30am. Was told id get a call before surgery. 12:30 rolls around I decide to call and get an update. He still hadn't been seen. Finally 1:45 I get a call no surgery. So I pick him up and I was told an estimate for his surgery would be ready for me. I talk to Suli myself and she says "I can't give you a quote because it depends which dr. Does it". Exact words...okay why would you not have a set rate. Vedy unprofessional and really just a sketchy situation. Over $200 for that visit. I was told by her and a front desk woman $500 and up. That was all I got. So as she opens the door and tells me to go else where thats what I did. Plymouth Animal hospital charged me $225 for my cats surgery (a set rate, imagine thatl. They were so professional, happy and overall amazing. It was an hour drive but was it SO worth it. The drs there aren't out to scam you out of your money. Never again will I EVER bring my animals there!!

Called for my dog, whomever answered the phone was extremely rude and told me they haven't accepted new clients in 15 years. She talked down to me like I should have known. We now go to fisherville animal hospital, much further drive but WAYYYY better service. Keep up the terrible work Blackwater!

Black water is the very best. I moved out of town and still drive an hour to them. Great compassionate vets and a loving caring environment. Trust them whole heartedly with my animals.

About 15 years ago my cats leg was virtually hanging off. I was very upset on an early Sunday morning! I called several vets and Blackwater was the ONLY one to come in on their off-time and help my cat. They truly care about your animal! I have been with them since! I will always give them my service! 💙
