I drove 3 hours on a Saturday to come look and possibly buy a bike listed on their inventory instead of buying on the internet. Trying to support small business. I show up and there is a sign on the door that it’s closed. No Facebook post for a warning. No warning on their website. Very poor business. I don’t know how their customer service is if they are actually open, but this has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

Brought my bike up from Cincinnati for the summer and these guys put it together and serviced it for me! Very quick response and super friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Bought a new bar and stem about a week ago and needed it to be installed. The guys at belmar bikes said to swing on by and they installed it with the hour for an awesome price. Excellent shop with an amazing turn around time thanks again guys!

He patiently spent 30 minutes of phone calls answering some questions before I came in, and was extremely thorough making sure the bike fit and was set up correctly once I purchased. It is also awesome that service is included for the first year, and you can customize the grips and pedals to your liking at no additional cost. Great shop, great experience, and I highly recommend!

Great bike shop with arguably the best stock of mountain bikes I’ve seen in person. My bike was down as I misjudged what I needed to swap my fork on my bike and didn’t realize I needed new end caps to fit my front wheel on my new fork, the new fork was cut and crown race swapped over already and installed on the bike so I was stressed to say the least. Everyone online was out of stock and first two shops I called told me they were back ordered until the end of October, I called Belmar bike shop the minute they opened and Kyle answered and said they did not have them in stock but I was more then welcome to bring my wheel to the shop and he would see if he could mock something up which I thought was awesome. I went and after going through a full bin of end caps with no luck he ended up taking the end caps off of one of the shop bikes and made it work getting me back on the trails that day instead of waiting weeks!! Super grateful and recommend this shop to anyone for your bike needs I will definitely be back soon.

These guys not only sell and work on bikes but they ride them and very well. Knowledgeable and experienced with the components they sell and recommend, and very fair pricing. Kyle doesn't nickel and dime you for every little change unlike other shops I've been too. He understands customer service and looks at the bigger picture. There are other bikes I am interested in and you can be sure BBS will be my first stop! Kyle, took my SB100 out for a ride today. Excellent job with the build and everything was setup perfectly! Great job guys!

Do you enjoy the finer side of life, IE getting muddy and ripping bikes down trails, riding your bike to the beach with a surfboard tucked under your arm, camping between your (soon to be ex) fiance and your gravel bike, as she looks your bike up and down because she knows deep inside that you spent more money on the bike than the engagement ring? Then this place is for you. A little bit of something for everyone, a helping hand whenever necessary, and a supportive environment, everything a local family owned bike shop should be.
