FIRST TIME! Great experience with a young girl (forgot her name) I Loved my lashes & my tinted eyebrows ❤Thank you! MY 3RD TIME, I had the service done by another tech, Denise. What an uncomfortable and a horrible experience. Typically I will dose off, not with Denise, the pooling/rubbing/pinching. The appointment was far from relaxing and very uncomfortable. I was a last minute appointment and the last appointment at 5:30PM, she was rushing. She used cluster lashes (instead of single) and the lashes looked far from a " natural look " that I requested. Leaving the place, I literally felt like my eyes had a beating. . I went to a different place 2 weeks later and they confirmed that, due to the type of lashes and the glue she used and how they were attached, It was not much they could do to fix it. Long story short, I have almost no more lashes left, and the ones left are just a few stubs. Make sure you ask for a technician that KNOWS what they are doing! It's devastating for me that I now have to wait months to do anything, but to ONLY use lash serum. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO SUTRA FOR LASHES!!!!! Service: Eyelash extensions
