I've worked with this location multiple times and the management team really treats you well. They go above and beyond when it comes to your order. They recognize the customer's needs and are proactive when it comes to stock and making sure your items are delivered in a timely fashion and set up easily. The whole team is doing a great job!

If it were not for a gentleman by the name of Eli I would not recommend Aaron’s. That being said. Eli cares about you as a customer. Goes above and beyond to work with you and always has the patience to answer your questions and concerns. He is very knowledgeable. He is very much an asset to Aaron’s and I would only hope is appreciated for the wonderful employee that he is. Aaron’s is lucky to have him

5 star rating wouldn’t be for the actual store.... the 5 star rating is for Eli who is the only one who will work something out with you. Everyone else was just nasty and rude and will never recommended the brick location ever other than Eli !!!!! Eli thanks for all you have done for us. You are truly the best in that store and need more people like you working there. Thanks again for all you do to help us !

Only rating I give this store would be for Eli ! Eli has helped me out and has worked with me since my surgery. As to the manager or whatever he is (Rico) has not been so nice to me. I fell behind on my payments due to having my kidney removed.,granted I understand they have to do their job but really after all that I have purchased and completely paid for you’d think Rico would work with me.... ONLY one who was never rude and understanding was Eli ! He is the absolute best. So again Eli I wanna truly thank you from the bottom of my heart for really helping me with my extensions and for being so understanding. If anyone is to go to this Arrons in brick should honestly ask for Eli Avila’s!!! The coolest and most nicest person I’ve ever dealt with at the brick location

I decided to rent two Tv’s from Aaron’s when we moved. I only had small TVs and needed a upgrade ! I signed up with Joey (who might I say was nice at sign up but horrible after). Eli came to my house and set the equipment up. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate ... He not only made sure that my equipment was up and running properly, but he also took care of us in the store afterwards. I would recommend the store if you have bad credit and you can’t buy a TV anywhere else or any other appliances. Be prepared to make your payments on time. Like any other place that allows you to do financing, they do call you if you’re late. I wish I could say I don’t with the other people that people have complained about. I only dealt with Eli!

This is our second group of leases from this store. Rico and Robert are phenomenal. Robert researched everything I told him we were looking for and followed up with phone calls each and every time he said he would. Excellent customer service. And Rico made sure we had all options for leasing and bundled in an extra fireplace/TV stand that we were not even looking for- and we LOVE it. This is our third Aaron’s (Plano, TX and Charlotte, NC) and this store is simply the best. We will keep coming back!

I never write reviews because I'm not that guy. But I had to share with you what a great experience I had. my wife went in to buy a living room set, being we werent ready to buy a new set outright we thought Aarons would be a great option. WhiIe we were signing all the final paperwork each and every thing was gone over to make sure that we understood everything, from Even our delivery guys were great, very professional and didn't leave any mess behind. I read some of the other reviews but haven't had anyone banging down my door or stalking kittens, but then again we've paid our bill on time.

Found a living set online I liked online the estimated delivery date was 5-7 business days. Decided to go into the store the person helping us showed us the same set we saw online and said it was at the same price. But when the manager came out she stated the store price is different then online. When I said I'd order off line I was told by the manager not everybody gets approved but I could still try. Went online and was approved made my first payment and was given my next payment date and amount to be paid was in my price range. I was then contacted by the homes solutions department who let me know everything was approved they just had to call my references (which no one ever did) and the store would contact me in 5-7 business days to set up a delivery date (which no one ever did). I contacted the store was told the gm was out for days and she's the only one who handles online orders. 2 days later I receive a call from her saying for some reason the order didn't go through even though I was approved and they took my money. She said I could come in store to place another order but it's not going to be for the online price it would be more. No one ever processed my order because they rather you pay more then what you're approved for online. What's the point of having online prices and online ordering if the orders will never be processed. It took them less then a minute to take my money but now I have to wait 5-7 business days to get it back. If your looking to lease to own and actually want to receive your order go to rent a center. The prices aren't much different but they actually do their job and you receive your order quickly.

I received a mattress and frame. Almost immediately it began to sag. I contacted management and they have been ZERO help to me. So I told them to pick up the bed I do not want it anymore. Well, then the manager decides to tell me that it will cost me $56 and I have to give the frame I purchased back. I already gave them over $300, and they took my old bed and frame away. Now they are threatening all these charges. Then she decides to tell me that they have to pick up everything before 3 or I am being whacked with a fee. I work I can't leave work for them to pick it up. You guys had no problem scheduling the delivery around my schedule, now you can pick it up around my schedule. Not to mention the staff and management is EXTREMELY rude! Place is a HUGE scam. You pay almost triple what your product is worth. Go some place else
