Was waiting to pick up a prescription before 1;30PM lunch time and was told I had to come back after waiting in line because it was time for lunch. The person who claimed to be the manager was rude when I said I've been waiting in line and I have to come back? he said YES!

The attitude and customer service has been the poorest it’s been in my last visit. Shariq didn’t feel like printing up a receipt for my aunt at the pharmacy for her prescription because the printer ran out of paper and sent me to the front desk. The front desk then sent me back to the pharmacy 🤣

I went in for a Door Dash, Shop-n-Deliver. They didn't have 2 of the 3 items which is why I took off a star. But, otherwise it was noticeably clean/tidy in there. The staff was all super friendly and down to Earth as well and everything I was able to get was super easy to find. I also want to mentioned that I really like how they have things set up on Door Dash and how the app tells you exactly which isle each item is in so you don't have to go snooping around the store! Not every place has it setup like that and it's a really nice feature!

Would give this pharmacy a ZERO if I could. I’ve been going here for 20 years and I’ve seen this pharmacy spiral with customer service from the pharmacists that work there. The pharmacist I spoke to today was rude and condescending. I understand customers can be difficult but you are getting paid well and should act PROFESSIONALLY regardless of personal exasperation or feelings. I’ve called the corporate office and filed an official complaint against the store, I hope it wakes them up.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. customer service of the pick up associates at the counter belongs to a McDonald’s, not a professional pharmacy. They’re not interested in helping you solve your issue, absolute lack of respect and politeness. had to call over 10 times trying to pick up a prescription that they should have received weeks ago. They just keep redirecting you to other people so they don’t need to deal with your problem.

Came for 2 routine shots on 11/28. Pharmacist Chantelle was especially wonderful, organized, thorough and even gave me health and sanitizing tips for day to day life during/after my shots. Promote this woman, she is a gem who really wants to keep people healthy!

Minute clinic used to take walk ins but now doesnt. Should make that clear to customers before you have to sign in for 10 minutes. Tried making appointment but website is down, was on hold for over 20 minutes before I hung up. Ridiculous. I’m having all my prescriptions switched to a different pharmacy this CVS is a nightmare

This place has gone to crap. You receive messages saying your prescriptions are ready yet when you arrive you’re told they’re not ready and will have to wait and wait and wait. The worst part is there’s an older lady who gets upset with you the customer when you ask her why it’s not ready and how long you’ll be waiting. She got angry with an old man who had been waiting a half hour for his prescription that he was told was ready. She pulled her mask down and said “Listen! My patience is gone. I’m gonna ask you one time. Was this prescription ……” Completely unacceptable. It’s us the customers who have the right to be upset at the incompetence of this pharmacy. One employee told me today the text message means the prescription is available for you to come in and wait for. She pointed out the text didn’t say come pick it up. Unreal. Changing my pharmacy to Costco as soon as I get home.

Worst CVS I have ever been to. Every time I try and call the pharmacy they never answer and keep me on hold for over 30 minutes until I just give up and hang up. They take forever to fill your prescription and the line and wait is horrendous. Then they have the audacity to call you on an automated line a million times to have you continue filling your prescriptions there. No thanks, I’d rather go to Walgreens!
