I scheduled a COVID test for 5:00pm and I get a confirmation stating my test is at 3:45pm. I have been trying to get in contact with the store but the automative line would not transfer me to the store. Every time I called the minute clinic it sends me to their general line and they told me they can’t transfer me to the store’s minute clinic phone line because they don’t have the list of phone numbers. HOW DO YOU NOT?! I called the pharmacy asking if they can transfer me to the minute clinic and the rude pharmacy tech said “you do realize you called the pharmacy and a pharmacy only helps with pills”. HOW RUDE! Every time I go to the pharmacy at this location the staff are rude, not helpful and they all look miserable. However, I am lucky today the pharmacy picked up right away because any other time I would be on the phone waiting for them to answer for 15-30 minutes or they just never pick up. CVS you need to get it together! 10/19/22 Update: Last week I spent 30 minutes in line waiting to pick up my prescription, when I get to the counter the employee told me a very expensive price. Then they send me to drop off and that was no help (not a surprise) and they told me I need to contact my doctor. My doctor called me yesterday and told me the pharmacy failed to tell me that the price was so expensive because it was a 3 month supply. The doctor said she will call the pharmacy to tell them to give me a 1 month supply. I get to CVS and they are still giving me the 3 month supply! Then they tell me to wait (I waited another 30 minutes) so that they can give me a 1 month supply. After waiting so long I go up to the counter and ask them what is going on and they employee says “I called your name”. I was siting right in front of the counter, no one called my name! Once I get home I get a text that my prescription was ready. You sending me a text in a store that NEVER has service is not you calling my name! This place is filled with incompetent workers. Get it together!!!

The head pharmacist at the drop off is extremely rude and entitled! Her attitude and customer service is absolutely horrible! She doesn’t smile and isn’t helpful at all. I was given the wrong prescription for my daughter’s syringes and was asked with disgust, if I had the package with me. No! I came to pick up her prescription! Then was told to call my doctor to get the correct prescription. That’s something she should have offered to do. If it wasn’t for Athena’s magnificent customer service and attention to the situation my daughter wouldn’t have what she needed to give herself insulin yesterday.

It's a DISGRACE how they RARELY pick up the phone!! You call with important questions concerning your meds FORGET IT!! You get in your car & go there only to be told "come back later or tomorrow!!" They need to ANSWER THE PHONE!! Some folks are disabled & can't drive there to see what's going on or internet access!! Call & expect to hold for 30 minutes or more or THEY WON'T ANSWER AT ALL!!! A couple workers need to be a little more friendly as well. This CVS NEEDS TO DO BETTER!!!😡

If I could give negative stars, I would. I called to check on the status of a prescription that should have been automatically refilled already, since I had not received any communication indicating that it was ready for pickup. After waiting for 10 minutes on hold, the person who answered the phone was rude, impatient, and nasty from the start. After repeatedly asking for the spelling of my first name (arguably not a difficult name to understand), she only spelled the first four letters and moved on to asking my birthdate. I then spelled my full first name again to make sure, and she interrupted me saying "Ma'am, I am asking for your birthday." Thank you. I am aware. Upon pulling up my profile containing said prescription, she claimed that I had never picked up a prescription there since at least June, and that the prescription was for a pharmacy in Boston. I am a college student home for the summer and I'm aware that the script was for the pharmacy in Boston, but I had it transferred in the beginning of the summer and have already picked up from this location twice. She refused to listen to me, raised her voice to repeat over and over that I did not get the prescription at this location, and that the script was not for this pharmacy. I asked her where I had been getting my medicine from then, to which she changed the subject. I am absolutely shocked that not only does this CVS employee not know that scripts are transferrable to any CVS, but they also felt it appropriate to yell at and gaslight a customer. I ended the call almost in tears out of frustration. I will never come back to this location.

Terrible!! Needed medicine and they were supposed to open until 12 midnight. Drive all the way there in pain for the guy to tell me they closed early for no reason. When I told him I need medicine he said oh well and closed the door on me!!!!!

This is the worst CVS I've ever used. I will never go back there. I'm transferring all of my Rx's to another CVS. The staff are all rude & nasty. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone. They pick up the phone & put the call on hold & couldn't care less if anyone ever picks it up. If you ask them a question, they give a nasty snippy response. It's like it's too much trouble for them to actually do their job. Terrible, terrible people who work there. CVS should be ashamed of themselves to have such awful miserable employees working there.

This is the worst CVS pharmacy in South Jersey! Someone needs to send a spotter in here. These pharmacists are so rude. They don't answer their phones, If you ask them a question, they snap at you! I warned my fiancée not to go here but he went any way. He called me today, to tell that I was right about the rude employees at this particular location From this point on, we will never step into this store. Springdale road in Cherry Hill.

Very upset up with their pharmacy service. On Sat.They had someone there who needed so much information and could not hear me because of her mask and my mask so I had to keep screaming it over the cover guard. Including my last name and date of birth. She should have said show me your license. I just started using them because Shop Rite closed their pharmacy. I had great service from them. Now, their service keeps calling me telling me that my doctor never gave called them about my prescription (and I already picked it up!) They are calling me all day. Very aggravated. I will have to take my phone off the hook.
