Terrible Chase bank location. I went in to get something notarized and was told it would be 30-45 minutes. Left because there’s no help and this bank is disorganized. Disappointing.

The customer service is always exceptional. Always. No super long line that managers ignore. No. They open another line. Even if the manager has to take people herself. Now THAT is professionalism.

The slowest customer service from a bank I've ever witnessed. I know I'll have to wait 30-40 minutes each time I go to that branch.

Came at 5:20pm, they close at 6, and they literally turned the lights off in my face. Real nice. Won’t ever be back to this location again, beyond pathetic.

Always open late , and have an attitude when I say some thing about it. 30+ min just waiting on them to open from there regular opening time . They Need more responsible tellers.

Customer service is a unicorn nowadays. I came to reopen my son's account that was closed for inactivity. I signed in and waited for about 15 minutes before inquiring if he would need identification (underage). After asking the manager she replied that we would. We left to obtain his identification. We returned to the branch and signed in again for a banker. After waiting another 15 minutes, we were informed by the manager that they would be closing in 5 minutes and could not help us. Why would she not inform of this the first time I visited the branch? She wasted my time and for that I decided to chose another provider to open my son's account.

The general manager was on the phone talking at the front kiosk of the bank (non business from the sound of it), when I approached the call was too important to acknowledge me immediately. She directed me how to sign in for a banker but from the lack of employees I knew it would be a while so I went to the teller. After speaking with the teller I learned the lady was the GM. After the teller helped me I asked for a simple favor to have an e check printed out so I could deposit it with their bank. What do you know she said no and asked me to go down the street to print this out. I guess that is the difference in customer service between a small bank and these non governed banking giants. Customer service was hands down terrible and I was largely inconvenienced because they couldn’t help me print an e check off the web. Now I’m sitting here back after the trip to the library waiting to have this check deposited. Merry Christmas Homewood Chase Branch. I’ve been able to write this full review and more without being helped....

Left before doing what I came here for-went across the street and opened account at US Bank. There were no customers, except those of us waiting for a banker. The woman before me had been signed in for 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging her. When a banker came up and we asked why the wait is so long she said "people have to have lunch". So if you are trying to get business done during your lunch time-go elsewhere.

Excellent Customer Service...The entire staff is most friendly and eager to assist. The branch manager, Latasha, is amazing, she greets everyone with a beautiful smile and an awesome personality. She makes sure every customer has a very pleasant experience while they're visiting this branch. THANKS CHASE!!!
