Today my mom and I decided to stop in after a long day, (this was our first time) The food was not what we were expecting considering the hefty price. If I pay almost $65 for meals I want them to be done correctly and taste good. The fries were waaaay over cooked, the chicken wrap I had barely had any type of flavor to it, the only thing that really had flavor were the bbq sauces. I ate only a little bit because I was absolutely famished but I am leaving this review and photos because I have nothing to lie about this was disappointing and a waste of 60 dollars. I should’ve just went to Hog Wild. Never again 👎🏾 ~DarkMagic

The overall quality of the food is spot on. I have concerns about the cleanliness of the deli and employees' practices when they fill deli meat orders. The parking lot and parkway is always littered with garbage and overturned carts. Residents have brought these concerns to management they promptly address the issues but resort back to old habits. The Halstead location is far better! ~Larry

Blown off repeatedly by this firm. I had a problem with taxes across 2 states, met with Maryanne and told I would receive a call back in a week after review. No call, I called for an update and told it would be a few more days. After that left multiple messages over weeks with no return call. Grew up in Homewood and this type of service is so disappointing. ~Sheryl

Great selection. Drove out of my way to get a specific German Pilsner only they had in the Chicagoland area. Clerk even helped me carry beer to my car as I was holding a 2 year and keeping her from destroying everything! Thanks! ~Robert

Used to be a great bank, First Midwest Bank, but ever since it became Old National Bank, expect no one to answer your phone calls or answer any emails. Had a fraudulent charge of almost $10, 000 yesterday, on the phone for 29 minutes, on the FRAUD line, finally drove into the bank, still waiting on the phone. They have the best employees but the switch to Old National Bank will be me going to another bank. I have been banking there for over 30 years but the customer service via phone or email is non-existent. ~Gulden

Honestly, this bank has given me nothing but troubles. It is not family caregiver friendly. I plan on closing my grandmother’s accounts with them because they make it very difficult for me to handle her finances. Their technology is lacking. The fact that you can’t even see your account numbers when you login is asinine. They even refused to give me the account number over the phone. I can’t wait to close the accounts with them. They really need to catch up with the times. ~Symone

Mr. Wilson was referred to me by Attorney that I work with in my Real Estate business. The drive from my house to his office was quite long but it was worth every minute! Mrs Wilson is an absolute professional ! He really knows his craft, he is come and patient. He was working on my tax return while I was there and answer every question that I had. By the end of the appointment he explained all the steps that he took and really put my mind into ease. He charged very reasonable for the amount of time work that he put into my file! We went to the Homewood location and we were looking for some Halloween decor. They hadn't started putting it out yet. My wife went to ask a store associate when they would be...and the young girl I'll call "blondine" because of her blond braids, was not customer service friendly, she was very dry and acted as if we were bothering her for asking. She told us and I quote " I don't know" turned her back to us and we just stood there in disgust. She needs to be taught better and trained better. I hope the store manager or corporate sees this. ~deon
