Used to be a great bank, First Midwest Bank, but ever since it became Old National
Bank, expect no one to answer your phone calls or answer any emails.
Had a fraudulent charge of almost $10, 000 yesterday, on the phone for 29 minutes, on the FRAUD line, finally drove into the bank, still waiting on the phone. They have the best employees but the switch to Old National Bank will be me going to another bank. I have been banking there for over 30 years but the customer service via phone or email is non-existent. ~Gulden
