Honestly, this bank has given me nothing but troubles. It is not family caregiver friendly. I plan on closing my grandmother’s accounts with them because they make it very difficult for me to handle her finances. Their technology is lacking. The fact that you can’t even see your account numbers when you login is asinine. They even refused to give me the account number over the phone. I can’t wait to close the accounts with them. They really need to catch up with the times.

I am so impressed with this bank. I am absolutely blown away with their kindness. I work with homeowners who are in trouble with their mortgages. This has been my job for over 30 years. I have never seen a financial institution so concerned about a homeowner in a financial crisis before. NOT EVEN CLOSE!!! Their willingness to try to help, was astonishing. Often people in this situation are treated more like a number, or harshly, but NOT AT THIS BANK. I was so touched by them desiring to help and for how much they actually HELPED that it was mind-boggling. They did not care about what things they could have done to these homeowners, instead they cared about helping. I jokingly told the Administrator, if all banks and mortgage companies were like this bank, I would not have a job. Homeowners would not need someone as a advocate for them. A BANK THAT CARES!!!! What a refreshing change. A bank that wants and strives and serves its community. A bank that treats people the way they would want to be treated. That is like a breeze of fresh air. I called to make my first referral to them today. This bank is SUPERB!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY SUPERB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Refinanced my home mortgage here because the rates were low. I have been regretting it ever since. Getting anything setup or getting a mortgage balance is like pulling teeth and I essentially have to go into the branch each time. I just did this refinance 6 months ago and they required me to put $2000 more in escrow than my previous mortgage company. Now they just jacked up my payment $60 a month because of what THEY are projecting my taxes and homeowners will increase. Typically, the payment goes up and adjusts according to the ACTUAL tax or homeowners insurance increase. Which BTW, I had my homeowner's insurance reduced over $200. Customer service and "account specialists" all have different excuses and explanations for everything. I am giving serious thought to refinancing and paying closing costs AGAIN just to get the hell away from this terrible financial institution. Beware.

Rude management, terrible customer service and POOR service accessing online account information. You know it's a bad institution when they cannot explain why your card is on a lock for 24 hours. DO NOT BANK WITH FSB!

My fiancé banks here and the lady's are always very nice. Last time we went through the window our dog got a treat and that was very thoughtful of them. I think it would be cool if the bank maybe updated its tech a little bit, maybe more mobile features. Like my BoA app- I can deposit checks just by taking a picture or inserting it right into the machine.

I joined this bank because I needed a bank close to me. I haven't experienced anything negative. I like that the tellers make an effort remember my name. I've only been there to make deposits and withdrawals, but I like their customer service.

Nothing but problems, if could give zero stars to bring down the average rating any more, I gladly would. Can't use debit card from this bank for ANYTHING, without being terrified that it's going to be flagged for fraud, or suspicious activity, which then causes the card to be locked out. Normally this happens right after they close, which means you can't use it again till they open the next day. Don't have cash on you? Too bad. Sometimes the atm just eats your card. They don't care, you complain about anything, it goes in one ear, out the other. Online purchases are nearly impossible without losing use of your card, they don't seem to even realize that the Internet exists, let alone that you can purchase items on it. Used to be a good bank, have not kept up with the times, or technology. Huge huge hassle.

This Bank is TERRIBLE. It is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The Officers do not care about anything to do with Customer Service. They do not take care of their clients (even long-time depositors). They do not return phone calls, even when you leave messages over multiple days. IF there is a problem, they retreat from it and choose to ignore it instead of being proactive. In other words, they do not take care of their customers... nor do they take care of their employees. That is why the employees are so unhelpful... because they are treated unprofessionally. DO NOT BANK HERE.

Horrible overall experience with this bank. Poor customer service and horrible attitudes by employees are the two main reasons I pulled all my money from this bank. When I did withdraw all of my money, not one person, including the banch manager asked why. That about sums up where they hold customer service on their priority list.
